I'm not sure exactly what you mean by "track moving objects" but if you mean
astrophotography then dobs probably wouldn't be your best choice. You'd want
something on a driven mount like a fork or equatorial. But if you mean just
following objects as they move due to the rotation of the earth, then a quality
dob such as Discovery is a good choice.
