hi, Wondering if you could help me out. Ok, a little
background. I am a worrier, I have mild-high anxiety. I am in
my early 20's. My dad died unexpectantly of a heart attck when
I was 18. Ever sicne I have worried more about them and them
dying. Since August I have had about 3 dreasm of my family
dying. The first was when I was plannning to go to calfornia
and stay about 6 months. I dreamed we were in a hotel room. I
