Gaia--Earth Mother

The American Indian had it right. They had an advantage but didn't know
itâ€"being part of the great circle of the universe. The Great
Spirit to them wasn't a known but a verb--a moving forward as the
greater man but didn't understand that. Their belief system wasn't
codified so it got lost. They didn't have a bible as such so they tried
to understand the white man who was moving here. There was a culture
clash.

The chiefs and wise Indians wrote about these things and the mothers,
the storytellersâ€"this is what I gathered from them.

The Shuman Cavity which extends around between the ionosphere and the
earth resonates at 7.8 Hertz and is an actual electromagnetic wave; part
of the electromagnetic wave spectrum resonating at 100 volts per meter
above the earth up to 12-million volts in the ionosphere. The Earth
itself is high negative because air is an insulator and electrons tend
to flow to the surface of a metallic sphere as Tesla found out. The
ionosphere tends to act like a conductor.

Living down here on the surface we take these surplus electrons back and
forth through copper wires using magnetic flux powered by coal, oil,
water and atomic powered generators. We don't feel the surplus electrons
because we are like birds sitting on a wire. We are immersed in a sea of
surplus electrons with so much potential that we would be burned
instantly if we didn't have the insulating atmosphere.

The Northeast Blackout of 2003 was a massive widespread power outage
that occurred throughout parts of the Northeastern and Midwestern United
States, and Ontario, Canada on Thursday, August 14, 2003, at
approximately 4:15 pm EDT (20:15 UTC), with virtually full restoration
by the following day. At the time, it was the most widespread electrical
blackout in history. The blackout affected an estimated 10 million
people in the Canadian province of Ontario and 40 million people in
eight U.S. states.

According to the New York Independent System Operator (or NYISO)
â€" the ISO responsible for managing the New York state power grid
â€" a massive power fluctuation affected the transmission grid at
4:10:39 p.m. EDT (20:10:39 UTC). From then through about 4:40 p.m. EDT
(20:15 UTC), outages were reported in Cleveland, Akron, Toledo, New York
City, Baltimore, Buffalo, Albany, Detroit, and parts of New Jersey. This
was followed by other areas initially unaffected, including all of New
York City, portions of southern New York state, New Jersey, Vermont,
Connecticut, and most of Ontario, Canada Eventually a large, somewhat
triangular area bounded by Lansing, Michigan, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario,
the shore of James Bay, Ottawa, New York, and Toledo was left without
power. According to the official analysis of the blackout prepared by
the US and Canadian governments, more than 508 generating units at 265
power plants shut down during the outage. 22 of these were nuclear power
plants. In the minutes before the event, the NYISO-managed power system
was providing about 28,700 MW of load. At the height of the outage, the
load had dropped to 5,716 MW, a loss of approximately 80%.

Within the large area affected, only a little over 200,000 people
â€" in the Niagara Peninsula of Ontario, the easternmost corner of
Ontario (centred on Cornwall), the portion of New York state including
parts of Albany and north and west of Albany, a small pocket of mid-east
Michigan, and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan â€" continued to
have power, while the entire surrounding area dropped off the power
grid. The unaffected area was protected by transmission circuit devices
at the Sir Adam Beck Hydroelectric Power Stations in Niagara Falls, at a
switching station of the hydroelectric power station in Cornwall, as
well as central New York state. Philadelphia and the surrounding
mid-Atlantic areas were also completely unaffected because PJM
disconnected them from the grid. After multiple investigations were
conducted by different state and federal agencies and no single cause
conld be descerned. Stree cars were left stranded in Ontario and people
has to walk in New York City.
The real cause of the Northeast Blackout.

The story I heard was that in Ohio the US Army was testing a brand new
truck-mounted, laser cannon by aiming it strait up in the air for a
couple hours. The heat generated ionized a pencil-thin column of air all
the way up to the ionosphere turning it into a conductor. A
twelve-million volt surge of electricity completely destroyed the truck
along with the laser and completely draining the negative Earth charge
into the ionosphere. This caused everyone in the area to be exposed to
space radiation for several hours until the ionosphere could regain its
positive charge. The temporary draining of electrons off the surface of
the earth caused several substations to fail.

4:13 p.m. was the end of cascading faliure. 256 power plants are
off-line, 85% of which went offline after the grid separations occurred,
most due to the action of automatic protective controls.

There must be a way to tap this surplus energy. Tesla was modifying the
ground potential with AC. You can't measure ground potential because
everything is tied to ground. If you read into this that I know more
about Tesla work you would be right.

Back in 1962 I used to work on the government's ionospheric research
transmitter in Fairbanks, Alaska changing the film in the camera and
adjusting the time the burst transmitter. They had a jury rig
grandfather clock with copper leafs soldered to the hands that activated
a relay every hour on the hour. I had to make sure the grandfather clock
was set right to go off with an accuracy of plus or minus ten seconds.

I would tune in a communications receiver to WWV on 5 megs to get the
correct time. If the timing was slow a few seconds I would grab the
pendulum and swing it back and forth really fast to increase the time.
If it was fast I would grab hold and stop it for the required number of
seconds. Some times WWV wouldn't come in so I'd tune in WWVH in Hawaii.
The 35-millimeter camera was mounted on a rubber housing attached to an
oscilloscope. The scope recorded a blip when the burst transmitter went
off and the receiver sent a second blip to the oscilloscope a few
microseconds after the signal was bounced off the ionosphere. The
distance between the blips which measured the height of the ionosphere
was recorded on film every hour. Every day I'd send the 24-exposure roll
of film through the mail to some obscure office in Virginia.

The transmitter was in operation for many years to establish a record of
the height of the ionosphere in preparation for the construction of the
HAARP transmitter in Glenallen, Alaska used for weather control and
other top secret societal manipulation.

I am convinced we may be on the wrong evolutionary path. Since we have
lost our major suppliers of free oxygen like the rainforest and half the
plankton in the oceans maybe should be using sources of energy that
don't consume oxygen like solar, wind, tide and geothermal.

In order to accomplish this, a large portion of the population need to
star using the Philosopher's Stone. Our bodies use it for complete cell
division and it super-conducts in the brain boosting our intelligence a
couple hundred IQ points.

Say for example you are a king with a hundred-thousand people depending
on you for their lives and livelihood. When you got ten-thousand
barbarians trying to break down your door you will do anything to
increase your intelligence to outwit them including life extension. We
need it now to prevent our demise. I don't believe it should be kept
secret anymore that is why I put the recipes in the book regardless of
the consequences. They are worth millions and I am selling the book for

spring water which naturally contains large quantities of orbitally
rearranged monatomic elements. The video is particularly interesting at
the end when the electrons begin to Cooper Pair and the substance
becomes visible as milk and starts to Jell.

Quite frankly, I was amazed that someone had the guts to put it up
there. So far the bureaucrats haven't figured out how it was used for
mind control otherwise they would probably had me killed by now. If you
