I've also not only done the flipping around of the bottom ads to the top of each page, but also got rid of all those multiple pages for the same category.  So instead of FREEBIES (page1) and FREEBIES (page 2)...all the relevant ads are on the same page.  I did this because, for example, having 6 different pages for the adult mixed humor was NOT working out, as surfers wouldn't get thru all those pages.  

 

so, now the pages may have more ads on each page...but they will all be available in one place to look at.  hopefully this way will get more new members.
