1] Business Application Consultant – CRM (REF. IT-BA-CRM)

Responsibilities
- Implement and support Microsoft Business Solutions Products specially
Microsoft CRM system.
- Analyze business process.
- Design and implement business cycles and workflows.
- Implement CRM system modules.
- Support CRM users.
- Customize Reports using various reporting tools.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Conduct trainings.
- Administer SQL Server.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline is
preferred but not a must.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, especially in CRM Systems.
- Microsoft CRM hands on experience.
- CRM implementation experience is a must.
- Database designing is preferred but not a must.


2] Business Application Specialist – ERP (REF. IT-BA-ERP)

Responsibilities
- Implement and support Microsoft Business Solutions Products
specially ERP system.
- Analyze business process.
- Design and implement business cycles and workflows.
- Implement ERP system modules.
- Support ERP users.
- Customize Reports using various reporting tools.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Conduct trainings.
- Administer SQL server.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Commerce, Computer Science or related
discipline is preferred but not a must.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, especially in ERP Systems.
- Microsoft Dynamics – Great Plains hands on experience is not a must but
preferred.
- ERP Implementation experience is a must.
- Database designing is not a must bur preferred.

3] IT – Billing Systems Specialist (REF. IT-BA-JN1)

Responsibilities
- Recommends & implements appropriate Billing procedures.
- Maintain current billing system
- Trains & assists users on the applied application.
- Works on the business enhancement, development by testing.
- Maintain data integrity.
- Works collaboratively with process design, testing and interfaces
development teams for implementation and release management.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline is
preferred but not a must.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
- SQL queries mastering is a must.
- Experience of business environment is preferred.
