We are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform Project Management tasks for IT working with specific
business units as the first point of contact, coordinating project
activities for cross-functional teams, developing project plans and
status reports, developing comprehensive documentation, and serving
as the key contact and communications point for the project.
- Understand and know project management processes, methodologies and the SDLC.
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business
goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project
goals.
- Set and continually manage project expectations with team members
and other stakeholders.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements
documentation, and presentations.
- Accurately track and report project task, activity, documentation,
and time tracking.
- Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
- A Bachelor degree or equivalent, preferably in an IT-related field.
- At least 5 to 10 years experience as a Project Manager with involvement in
Information Technology infrastructure and operations projects. Experience in DWH
projects is a plus.
- Thorough working knowledge of project management processes,
methodologies and the SDLC model methodologies and their direct
application / implementation to technology projects
- Must have strong leadership and communications skills with previous leadership
experience with projects ranging in value between $1M and $10M.
- Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative
environment is essential.
- Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines
through analytical and problem solving capabilities.
- Ability to read communication styles of team members and clients
who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines.
- Ability to coach, mentor, train and lead personnel within a
technical team environment in a project leadership relationship
- Computer knowledge/skills with the following : Windows NT/XP,
Microsoft Office Suite; a plus to have experience with Oracle.
- Experience with data flow diagramming.
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to travel.
- PMP Certification a plus.
