Re: New Member and surnames

Kathleen:

I'm looking for the matches for Sullivan/Lynch/Duggan or other surnames. If I
can analyze your projects, I could quickly see which ones are the best matches.
I'll run them through my program but I need your permission to do so.

The backgrounds you describe are a good match. I'm looking for Eoganacht names
with any Irish III, South Irish or other modal haplotypes.

By the way, Kathleen is my favorite name.

Kathleen

suspect because I am Co-Admin for Duggan DNA group as well possibly as my Fant
group. My Dugans are from Falcarragh Donegal and Mary Dugan married my Patrick
Faunt in 1883 in New Jersey. My Faunts are from Fethard Tipperary and Kilmallock
Limerick.

from Limerick.Margaret Lynch my 2nd great Grandmother was also a Sullivan (
maternally) and born on the Beara peninsula in 1840. She is my Mitochondrial
ancestress and I am J2b1a1(a)..(a) being a private mutation that we share with
one other family who were McSweeney and O Shea.Ann Turner has looked at our FGS
and determined that we have the private mutation in the coding region.

Fant/Font/Faunt haplogroup and it is I2b..all tested Faunts except 2 match with
us.My Family were Norman and the father of Sir Walter L'enfant was in Pointheu
France. They lived in the area between Fethard Tipp.and Kilmallock Limerick and
Mitchellstown Cork for 600 years before coming to NJ in 1869.

line of descent however)
