There is a definite link between stolen horses and horse slaughter.
The latter is the worst nightmare for victims who are missing their
horses. We, with the help of this list and Stolen Horse International
have made tremendous contributions with educational services and
services to victims of theft. When a horse is found, it is one
more "pet" that will not endure a horrendous end. I would like to
thank all who read our alerts, pass them to others and post.

On a personal note I would like to thank CB for supporting me as a
friend and avid supporter NetPoss.com. She has been there for me
since our horse was stolen in 1997. It was her suggestion to me a few
years ago that spurred our eBay auction, the first last year. I
