It is my great honor to officially accept a position upon the Exopolitics Institute’s Board of Director, and I would like to introduce myself to the Advisory Board, Network Associates and Membership, although many of you know me here already. As the co-organizer of the 2006 Extraterrestrial Civilizations and World Peace Conference, I am very proud of the success of this event and its ground breaking accomplishment of creating the Hawaii Declaration which is now in ever increasing circulation. Through the sponsorship of this conference, the Exopolitics Institute received its broadest recognitions to date as an up and coming organization devoted to educating the public not only about the extraterrestrial presence, but about the much debunked and dismissed benevolent extraterrestrial presence that can no longer be eliminated from public view. In many ways the purpose to disseminate truthful information about the benevolent ET presence and the vision which the Hawaii Declaration displays represent my own strongest interests, focus, commitment and background in the field of Exopolitics.
Although I participated in the creation of the mission and goals and the founding of the Exopolitics Institute, I chose to remain quietly in the background for the first year as an office holder with the executive position of Secretary. In its first year, the Institute has gone through many changes and has worked to define itself with little outside help and a small membership. But now I believe this organization is ready to grow substantially because it has been brave enough to reveal its own heart and soul, and I believe the ET/World Peace Conference and the Hawaii Declaration are these very foundations. For me the conference was a coming out and an opportunity to get on stage and introduce myself to Exopolitics' community. I was delighted to do this in the auspicious company of courageous people such as Hon. Paul Hellyer, Ambassador John McDonald and other leaders in the movement to push public awareness toward a vision of peaceful and empowered citizen contact and relationships. One in which we are not driven by our primal fears but instead a spirit of enlightened camaraderie, and willing to extend an open hand in friendship to all benevolent ET races currently visiting the Earth.
My own experience in this field is completely experiential and encompasses all levels of contact with many members of our cosmic human family. Multidimensional consciousness is my expertise as a result of my own natural intuitive gifts and contact. I work as a professional telepath, clairvoyant and energetic healer and have taught the development of these intuitive skills and the art of raising consciousness for the last fifteen+ years in seminars, ongoing classes and workshops. My role, within the Institute and outside of it, is to create bridges to educate the general public about the benevolent ET presence, humanity’s true extraterrestrial history and the shift upward in vibration and consciousness. Within the framework of my position upon the Board of Directors, I will guide Institute policy and programs in these directions and create new projects beyond the ET/World Peace conference which will become an annual event.
To further demonstrate my position on certain key issues, I will state that I believe we need to ban all space weapons in order to achieve real peace in space, I do not think that it is a good use of time to try to change the minds of arcane researchers who are still debating if Roswell happened, nor do I see any productivity in courting organizations nor people who are focused upon promoting controlled agendas which only mislead and misinform the public. Why compromise oneself when the important goals lead in another direction entirely? And finally I would like to see the cetacean nation represented in the next version of the Hawaii Declaration. This year this issue was tabled for more discussion and I feel that as we as a planetary society display respect for species other than man that have higher intelligence, we will show a maturity that is required to enter into mutually beneficial relationships with more highly evolved, extraterrestrial civilizations.
After this brush with victory through the conference, it is now time for the Board of Directors to take the time it needs to integrate this last phase of action and change, to take stock on all fronts and then to surge forward after, in due process, clarity is obtained as to its newly defined presence. Then and only then, in my opinion, should expansions and new projects be launched. It is critical to first evaluate and then re-set the course after this latest climb and course correct many unwanted and distracting influences which have set in to detract from the main goals of this potentially mighty organization. It is a privilege to serve and I will do my very best to bring the heart and soul of this Institute to the people where its educative light can do so much to raise public awareness of our entry into a galactic state of interaction and peaceful relationships.
With Warm Aloha,
Angelika Whitecliff
