Aloha all, I'm very pleased to announce that the October edition of the Exopolitics Journal is now available online at: http://www.exopoliticsjournal.com .
The journal begins with three analysis articles. The first two are presentations by the Hon Paul Hellyer and C.B Scott Jones, PhD at the recent Extraterrestrial Civilizations and World Peace Conference (www.etworldpeace.com) . Paul Hellyer's presentation is particularly significant given his recent emergence as a powerful voice from the conventional political arena addressing exopolitical issues. Dr Jones' presentation is also significant given his work in the conventional political arena with figures such as Laurence Rockefeller and Senator Clairborne Pell. My analysis article features my recent interest in the available data on what appears to be a Galactic Peace Corps that has quietly integrated itself into human society with full knowledge of various government agencies.

The Journal also features a never published before interview of Edgar Mitchell by Paola Harris, and three "experience articles" by Paola Harris, Wayne Johnson, and myself. These are the first experience articles published in the Journal and are more personal and anecdotal in orientation so they should appeal to a wider cross section of exopolitical readers. Paola Harris discusses her views on the Prime Directive, exopolitics and the implications for Ufology. Wayne Johnson discusses extraterrestrial angels from a biblical perspective which helps raise intriguing questions concerning conventional religion and extraterrestrial visitation. In my article I discuss my recent conference trip to James Gilliland Sattva Sanctuary and its importance for the creation of future Galactic Peace Sanctuaries. There is also a book review of the Second Edition of Robert Collins, Exempt from Disclosure.
The website for the Journal has been given a facelift that makes site navigation much easier, and also provides an archive database where users can search past and current editions of the Journal by article, author, volume and keyword. I sincerly thank Manuel Lamiroy for volunteering his valuable time in helping the Journal present this information on the internet in a more professional and accessible manner (please visit his website for internet services he provides: http://www.lamiroy.com/ ).
Finally, please keep in mind that the Journal is provided free of charge to the general public, and the many dozens of hours that go into editing, formatting articles, correspondence, referring, uploading web pages, etc., are all a labor of love by myself and other volunteers involved with the Journal. You can help us move forward with future editions of the Journal by contributing articles, soliciting quality submissions from others, purchasing products, and especially by becoming members of the exopolitics Institute, making donations or supporting those volunteering their time for the Journal. You can visit the support page of the Journal for more information on what you can do to help us: http://exopoliticsjournal.com/support.htm
Mahalo for your interest and support for the Exopolitics Journal, and please recommend this latest edition to your friends and colleagues.
