Try using Sorenson squeeze, it is very effective

Hi,
I'm new to this group and hoping to get some help as I'm also pretty
new to Flash.
I've created a .swf file in After Effects (pageheader) .My page past the
test on Windows machines however on the Mac the header gets stuck. My
question is ,how do I make a preloader for the AE .swf file? I have a
working preloader script(AS2)but don't know how to get the .swf into
Flash to implement it.
