dialog buttons blacked out

Hello All;
Is anyone else having problems with the buttons in some of the windows
being blacked out? The buttons still work you just can't read them.
Shutting FS/2 down and restarting sometimes fixes this, but most
times, not.
Thanks for any pointers in advance.
