1. 1 to 3 years of exposure developing web applications by using
Flex3.0 & Action Scripting 3.0.

2. Basic knowledge of XML and CSS.

3. Experience of XHR application development with Http Service of Flex.

4. Understanding the specification theory of Internalization and
Localization and have Ability to implement with them.

5. Strong knowledge and understanding of Object Oriented design
fundamentals.

6. Knowledge of optimizing and writing cross-browser compatible code.

7. Good communication skills.
