Skills required: -

Excellent skills with Flash/Flex Development and Action script 3.0
Solid understanding of Object Oriented Programming
Experience in deploying applications with architectures (MVC/Cairngorm)
Knowledge of any server side programming Java or .NET
Able to work at the highest technical level of all phases of
application analysis and design
Good knowledge of speed and size optimization in Flash
Work with backend developers to integrate back-end code and manage
front end bugs
Candidate should be Self-motivated, Attention to detail, Communicate
with clients, Problem-solving, and organizational skills
