As an extremely promising framework, Flex opens up numerous options in
terms of creating web applications compatible with the major browsers,
operational systems and desktops. Running Flex application poses no=20
problem whatsoever. All the user needs is a Flash Player (available with
Adobe and already installed on the overwhelming majority of computers
worldwide) for browsers or Adobe's AIR runtime for the desktop. The
benefits of using Flex for building RIAs include, but are not limited,
to the following ones:

* Remarkable flexibility and adaptability
* Reliability
* Integration with major platforms and languages, availability of
options for PC, PDA, touch-screen, server, etc.
* Extensive applicability both for the web and for the desktop
* Shorter development periods
* Consistency: a "design + development" model combining
ActionScript and MXML

To get a "look and see" idea of what can be achieved with Flex,
you can refer to Tour de Flex (http://flex.org/tour
<http://flex.org/tour> ).
iTechArt Flex developers
<http://itechart.com/Pages/Subsections/FlexDevelopment.aspx> provide
a complete web development outsourcing solutions for creating and
delivering rich Internet applications (RIAs) using Flash, Flex and Adobe
Media Server. We suggest ActionScript 3.0 like an ideal object-oriented=20
programming language for rapidly building RIAs and video streaming
application. Our Flex development
<http://itechart.com/Pages/Subsections/FlexDevelopment.aspx> and Flex=20
programming team took a part in design and implementation absolutely
different applications like: on-line casino, web mail portal and
trading platform. But one thing ties all these applications: perfect
intuitive user interface.
