By now most �internet interlopers� should know of my postings regarding �over-unity� physics and the �control paradigm.� While many of you may find my findings and the statements that I articulate to be difficult at best to acknowledge because of their �anomalous� nature. I do believe that you will more readily find the following information much more palatable and entertaining.

The subject-matter dealing with the anomalous nature of the control paradigm is a �hidden� variable. And unless one is apprised of, and made aware of, its insidious incipit nature, you will be unable to fully grasp the enormity of what is transpiring as I am currently writing. Antony C. Sutton D.Sc. [1925-2002] dedicated his life to exposing the Russell Trust Association as the creators of �managed and controlled� conflict origination. He provided over twenty-six (26) volumes in which he thoroughly and convincingly expounded upon the actual and complete take-over of the United States by this group. Dr. Sutton�s research, has been used by the FBI in conducting their investigation [Alan Belmont, Morris Childs, Operation Solo]. The �control paradigm� is moving forward and is on the fast tract to bring about the �New World Order.� Power is being consolidated, and they are availing themselves by all means and methods of deception, deflection and deliberation. The reality is that one only has �constitutional� freedoms if, they are willing to fight for it, and to thus, fight to preserve it. It is a truism, that, �freedoms� have to be exercised, or else they become �null and void.� Those that wish to remain free must participate, through knowledge, political activity, and communication with their fellow �citizens.� Knowledge is powerful, only if one exercises it properly and effectively.

After reading the above books you will begin to realize that there is a deliberate intent to �capture, prevent, stymie and dissuade the fulfillment of any and all systems that would truly free, human beings as individuals to function freely and independently from the control of all governments, bureaucracies, and corporations. Only those who are independently wealthy [for now] retain the ability to remain relatively �free.� But that will soon change with the coming world collectivization. With regard to UFO�s, there is only one question that needs to be adequately addressed. Are they �ours� or are they �theirs�? NASA Flight STS-48 and Prof. Jack Kasher�s analysis of STS-48 is compelling. If they are ours, then, the possibility that Tesla�s �technology� many have been incorporated into the design, a secreted and hidden aspect of Tesla�s technology incorporating �over-unity� is a strong and very real possibility. If they [UFO�s] are theirs, then we have galactic �visitors� who are monitoring and possibly interloping with our population secretly.

The over-use of the word �national security� for preventing justification of suppressing �over-unity� discovery and �technologies� is absolutely appalling. By now it should be well known that almost all �technologies� of a �military-industrial� nature such as the atom bomb, and the neutron bomb have already been transferred to our supposed former [Russia] and current [Chinese] [alleged] enemies. The reality is and has always been, that the �free� nations of the world have provided the �technologies� that were used to �enslave� and �propagate� controlled �societies.� This can only mean that true developmental �science� can only be achieved within �free� environments, and then afterwards used to contain and prevent freedom within �enslaved� environments. The people of the United States thus were merely �pawns in the game� towards an ever encroaching contained and controlled �world� government of an invidious �nature.�

Dr. George Miley of the University of Michigan was initially given a $100k grant for cold fusion research from the Dept. of Energy, but then it was mysteriously withdrawn unexpectedly. DR. MILEY WINS AND LOSES US DOE NERI GRANT OF $100K

The Dept. of Energy awarded a Nuclear Energy Research Initiatives grant to Dr. George Miley (U. of Illinois professor & COFE presenter) for low-level nuclear transmutation of nuclear waste this summer. Its first cold fusion award caused critics to say that nuclear power will be proliferated if Dr. Miley is successful. The DOE then appointed a new panel of six "independent" peer reviewers who all voted to rescind the grant under the direction of William Magwood at the DOE Office of NEST. http://www.studentpipeline.org/afci/exp.html

William Magwood [DOE Office of NEST] overruled a previous directive confirming the grant.

When I shared this bit of information with Dr. Thomas E. Bearden http://www.cheniere.org/ regarding the obvious suppression of Dr. George Miley�s research, Dr. Bearden offered this explanation:

�Yes, the scientific community has long been noted for nearly ruthlessly suppressing most new innovations.

I give many such concrete examples in my book, Energy from the Vacuum: Concepts and Principles.

It�s much like Ovshinsky�s http://web.mit.edu/invent/iow/ovshinsky.html development of the amorphous semiconductor. Ovshinsky was called every name in the book, slandered and libeled, etc. Everybody �knew� that a crystalline structure was necessary for a semiconductor, and the amorphous semiconductor was �against the laws of nature�.

Then the pundits awoke one fine morning to discover that Ovshinsky�s amorphous semiconductors were in all the Xerox machines, and working very well, thank you!

The Japanese are still laughing all the way to the bank from the bonanza they reaped by funding Ovshinsky�s work.

In every large and powerful organization, such as the scientific community there are cartels. In science some of these are hot fusion, the combined industry/science cartel devoted to building hundreds of new pebble bed reactor nuclear power sites and ripping off the taxpayer to the tune of a trillion dollars, high energy physics, etc. The entire electrical power-engineering cartel is devoted to the CEM/EE model, which is also seriously flawed, as pointed out by eminent scientists such as Feynman, Wheeler, Bunge, Margenau, and many others to no avail.

Our scientists did not figure out phase conjugate optics, until the Soviet scientists developing it, came to California and briefed them on it. Even so, it was nearly a decade before they got rolling in it.

So areas such as over-unity electrical power systems, cold fusion, etc. are going to get suppression and very short shift from the orthodox community, particularly with respect to funding or unleashing of any young doctoral candidates or post-docs in the area.

The scientific community works just like Max Planck pointed out long ago when he stated:

"An important scientific innovation rarely makes its way by gradually winning over and converting its opponents: it rarely happens that Saul becomes Paul. What does happen is that its opponents gradually die out, and that the growing generation is familiarized with the ideas from the beginning." [Max Planck, in G. Holton, Thematic Origins of Scientific Thought, Harvard University Press, Cambridge, MA, 1973.]

An example is the hoary old second law of thermodynamics, still dogmatically upheld along the lines taken by Eddington when he stated:

"The law that entropy always increases � the second law of thermodynamics � holds, I think, the supreme position among the laws of nature. If someone points out that your pet theory of the universe is in disagreement with Maxwell�s equations � then so much the worse for Maxwell�s equations. If it is found to be contradicted by experiments � well, these experimentalists do bungle things sometimes. But if your theory is found to be against the second law of thermodynamics I can give you no hope; there is nothing for it but to collapse in deepest humiliation." [A. S. Eddington, The Nature of the Physical World, Macmillan, New York, 1929. (p. 74).]

Contrary to that statement, there are already known areas in thermodynamics, accepted to violate the second law. Some of the main ones are listed on p. 459 of Kondepudi and Prigogine, Modern Thermodynamics, 1999 printing. In addition, even James Clerk Maxwell pointed out the violation of the hoary old second law when he stated:

"The truth of the second law is � a statistical, not a mathematical, truth, for it depends on the fact that the bodies we deal with consist of millions of molecules� Hence the second law of thermodynamics is continually being violated, and that to a considerable extent, in any sufficiently small group of molecules belonging to a real body." [Maxwell, J. C., Tait's Thermodynamics II, Nature 17, 278�280 (7 February 1878)].

Indeed, for any system once in equilibrium (the state of maximum equilibrium), then in order for the system to produce entropy it must first be moved out of equilibrium to a lesser entropy condition � which is of course a negative entropy operation. Simply increasing the voltage of a circuit while the current is momentarily frozen is a negative entropy operation. In any statistical equilibrium EM system, transient fluctuations are continually violating the second law, and there are specific transient fluctuation theorems for calculating and dealing with it, such as by Evans and Searles, as extended by Crooks. Further, experimentally in some cases these fluctuations in fluids can cause the �reactions to run backwards�, for up to two seconds in little cubic micron volumes � which in aqueous solutions is about 30 billion ions and molecules.

Much of what we are taught as being �against the laws of nature� is not that at all. But such things continue to be taught as if Moses brought them down from the Mountain on those stone tablets.�

When I questioned William Magwood�s motives for canceling Dr. Miley�s $100k grant for CF research, Dr. Bearden further posited:

That�s the typical thing that goes on in the Nuclear Power world normally, regardless of who heads what. Magwood may have recently left the position; noted an acting director named Johnson in June this year.

What it does do is give you a good perspective of all the national labs, big organizations, etc. that are involved in pushing big nuclear reactors and nuclear power.

The real truth of nuclear power is that the reactor is just a glorified heater. Its� real purpose is to produce heat, that then heats a boiler to produce steam to drive the steam turbines that drive the generators. It isn�t �nuclear power� at all. All the energy that goes onto the power line still comes from the dipole inside the generator, once formed. And it comes to the dipole directly from the vacuum, via the broken symmetry of opposite charges.

The sad part of all of this is that, of all those organizations and people � most well-intentioned, of course, but with the inevitable small third-level entourages many of which are driven by power and prestige and dominance considerations � you will not find a single one who even knows what really powers an electrical circuit.

It isn�t heating the boiler to make the steam to turn the turbine to crank the shaft of the generator.

Now you can see the lateral implications of the horribly flawed old CEM/EE model and the serious falsities it contains and overwhelmingly propagates.

But as in any large and powerful organization or set of them, the scientific community leaders are caught up in so many cartels and special interests (hot fusion, nuclear power, fossil fuels, big accelerators, and the total dominance of electrical engineering etc.) that they absolutely will not correct these glaring errors, many of which have been known and proven for more than a century.

Try finding a single textbook or paper that simply and methodically lists the foundations assumptions of the CEM/EE model. There are none. There are also no books simply and methodically listing which of those fundamental modeling assumptions have long been falsified by the progress of physics.

One can only call to mind Tesla�s phrase for all this mighty behemoth that got going back there in his early days. With the CEM/EE gross error of assuming the transverse gyroelectron waves in our material circuits and measuring instruments as the EM waves in space (which actually are the longitudinal stress waves he utilized, and not the transverse force field waves in our present texts), he characterized this seriously flawed electrodynamics and electrical engineering approach as ��.one of the most remarkable and inexplicable aberrations of the scientific mind which has ever been recorded in history." [Nikola Tesla, "The True Wireless, Electrical Experimenter, May 1919.].

Since that 1919 description, that remarkable and inexplicable characteristic has just gotten much worse and totally entrenched all throughout our scientific and technical community, our power industry, our universities, our government agencies, our national laboratories, etc.

Hence the looming energy crisis, already direct competition between China and the U.S. for �scarce energy resources�, etc. Contrary to their closely guarded releases, the Saudi oil fields are being depleted (simply check out the ever-rising amount of water instead of oil that now has to be dealt with in the �pumped oil�). Soon there will be more water than oil. There are not nearly the reserves that have been reported in the past (simply note how many big oil companies began phasing down their glowing statements of reserves, once someone seriously got to checking them).

So the huge nuclear power cartel (industry and science and government) sees this as a great opportunity to obtain the building of hundreds more nuclear power plants, to the tune of more than a $trillion of the taxpayer�s money. Even if a plant is started in construction right now, it would be five years before it puts a watt on the power line. Meanwhile, we only have some three years to resolve the energy crisis (at least tremendously reduce it) or else watch our economy catastrophically collapse, placing the U.S. (and much of the Western World) into chaos.

Even some rather staid analysts are now beginning to be alarmed also at the tremendous vulnerability of nuclear plants and their terrible inherent danger from terrorist attacks. There are so many vulnerabilities in them, and so many ways to initiate devastating strikes, that it boggles the mind.

The scientific community just has to do better than all that!
