I've set up a new mailing list devoted to MARC records and full-text
online documents for "grey literature" (e.g., technical reports,
conference proceedings, etc.). Often online versions of these
documents exist, but there are no catalog records. I also hope that
this group will assist librarians and researchers in locating
alternative sites for full-text versions for these online resources.
This group, I hope, will address these related issues.
