Can anyone tell me the marc code for a web site that is also available
as a conference paper. It is called $a Starlight, a common heritage:
  $b International initiative in defence of the quality of the night sky
and the right to observe the stars. I have already put a note in 500
$a Proceedings of the 2007 International Conference in Defence of the quality of
the night etc..... Do I just add anoter 500 note beginning with an $a or because
it is a website and an electronic record does it go somewhere else.
