Hi Nigel,
Lovely to hear from you again. Thanks for the weather report from Cyprus, I ws
wondering how it affected you.
Aaaaaaa, you have to have your water delivered by tanker. That is expensive. I
would be tempted to install an IBC (those bulk plastic containers) and capture
what rainwater I could, Fortunately water is not expensive here. I pay on
average £3 a month.Treated myself to an automatic lawn sprinkler, it will not be
too expensive to water the lawn.
Well. as for UK I'm torn. I want to stay but I also feel I must go for my health
and for my son and daughter. I had a phone call from the hospital, I must go for
yet another op, that's 3 in 2 weeks.Hope I'm well enough for the GEO conference.
I so much want to be there, especially with winning free entry he he.I also want
to see my old friends and meet my new ones.My neighbour has offered to drill a
well for me, at a depth of 30m to the water table, but it costs a lot of money,
no point if I'm selling.
Yes. I will miss certain joys of Bulgaria, but for other reasons will be glad to
be back. I'm torn to tell the truth.Hope I can adapt back to UK life OK, it will
be difficult for me.Thanks again for your report from Cyprus, hope we get chance
to meet one day.
Best Wishes
Rob.
