I've seen this happen when you try to load 2 GExperts DLLs at the same time
(usually a self/third-party compiled DLL plus one installed by the official
installer). Check here for duplicates:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\CodeGear\BDS\6.0\Experts
