My name is Lisa Tiano; I am a Recruiter and Account Manager at Emerge
Interactive Agency. Emerge is a staffing firm that primarily targets
the video games industry. We are currently working with numerous game
development and publishing studios throughout the U.S. and Canada that
are in need of talent.

We are working closely with a studio located in Southern California
that is in need of a Tools Programmer for an unannounced next-gen
project. This studio has a history of shipping titles that have
received ratings of 9 or higher on IGN! They offer a competitive base
salary + royalties + fully covered health benefits.

Tools Programmer

You need to have experience in tools and UI programming as well as
strong math skills (linear algebra, trig, matrix/quaternion math). You
also need to be fluent in C++ with experience of the STL, Maya SDK,
MEL and coding plug-ins for 3D-modeling packages a plus.

You need a passion for creating and perfecting user-friendly workflow
solutions for artists and designers. You need to be self-motivated
with a strong work ethic and have excellent oral and written
communication skills.
