Position Summary

This person will lead the vision and execution of glu's next
generation of games that involve social, connected experiences.
Specifically, she/he will:



·       Oversee glu's games for emerging platforms beyond the carrier-
centric business of mobile gaming as we move into a more consumer-
focused business. This person will have be the owner of the product
roadmap of social content as well as build glu's direct-to-consumer
business globally.  This candidate will build our 1:1 customer
relationships, creating a robust framework that enables glu to

·       Collaborate with the global product marketing gjillroup to
define an 18-24 month roadmap of products for multimedia smartphone,
online and other connected platforms.  Focus on weaving fun, engaging
community into our products that encourage consumer loyalty and build
word-of-mouth.



·       Be responsible for customer-facing touchpoints and CRM
functions, including architecting the customer database, glu website
and d2c wapsites.



·       Direct organic product marketing programs, including
marketing around iPhone, web, Facebook as well as more traditional
customer acquisition tools (SEO, SEM).



·       Drive strategic relationships with external OEM, online and
technology platform companies (e.g. Apple, Google, Nokia's Ngage, MS
Mobile, Facebook, MSN).



Candidate Qualifications

Ideal candidate must have direct marketing/web marketing experience.
Entertainment experience and Mobile experience a big plus.
Additionally, we seek someone who possesses:



·       8-10 years Internet Marketing or related experience

5-6+ years SEO  (search engine optimization) experience and site
architecture best practices, with ability to identify areas for
improvement
Expert knowledge of paid search marketing and ability to identify
ways to leverage paid for SEO and vice versa
·       Familiarity with Social Media Optimization (SMO),  including
social bookmarking, blog & forum technologies

Experience with Web analytics and ability to design reports and
provide detailed analysis of results
Experience with content management/web production systems (CMS)
Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting skills
Strong technical aptitude and quick learning ability
Fast-paced with commitment to meet deadlines

Position: Character Animator

Naughty Dog is looking to expand our team with artists who are
passionate about raising the bar for gameplay animation. We're
looking for someone to help create our in-game cutscenes as well as
someone to help create our supporting cast of interactive characters.

Responsibilities:
• Create character motions through a blend of keyframe
animation and motion capture with our proprietary animation tools
• Work with designers and programmers to implement and iterate
on these motions to create compelling, entertaining, and visually
appealing gameplay and/or cinematic events.
• Learn and utilize custom tools and basic scripting
    Persons applying for this position should ideally:
• Have experience working on real-time, interactive characters
• Have extensive experience animating realistic humans,
including facial animation.
• Have a good sense of proper weight and timing in your
animation performances
• Have a good understanding of acting principles and basic
camera staging.
• Be comfortable working with minimal direction

Our pipeline is Maya-based with a suite of innovative proprietary
tools, so prior experience with Maya is preferred.  A good sense of

As an EXPERIENCED 3D Graphics Programmer you should be able to
successfully utilize your expertise in research, design and
implementation of innovative graphics techniques to create
technology for use in multiple games.  Specifically, develop and
optimize 3D graphics engines, architectures and pipelines for
current and future game consoles & PCs.  Combine your skills with
other talented programmers to develop, test, tune and debug new &

team, and project goals.   Previous game engine or extensive
graphics experience is critical.

Primary Responsibilities:
