I'm going to be building a pattern library on Flickr based on game user interfaces. I'd like to brainstorm ideas for interface elements to be included, and ask for your input. I'd especially like to favor any elements where there's especially clear applicability beyond games. Here's a preliminary list of potential patterns, off the top of my head:
