All I'm after here is to find out why Moto's XTS's won't P25 Emerg
through a Harris System like the Harris SU's do so well.

Moto is still characteristically silent.

I'm a very curious bugger and having once been an employee of the big
M, their guard went up a while ago.

No good ideas on CAI sources except for the way we get the IDs. The
toys you mention are certainly good, but we tend go the 'off the
shelf so we can sell this approach' methods J. You MIGHT see if
Etherstack has something low end that can help.
