Third of Four Southwest of Twin Cities:

This VX lay southerly of the Luce Line Trail, a state trail on a old railway
line. I parked where the tail crossed Yancy Avenue and walked about 1040 m
easterly along the trail, and the southerly about 40 m into a tilled corn field
until I was well within scoring range. The trail was designated for bicycles,
but snowmobiles are allowed in winter. The trail surface is fine crushed rock
on the old track-bed with a horse trail running on the side of the track-bed. A
farm site with large buildings lay about 300 m south of the VX. Cattle sounds
emanated from the buildings.
