Mystery solved. I hit the keyboard accidentally and wiped out the highlighted parameter list below.

Currently, each list has to be updated to change the number of disks. This will be fixed in the new release. Meanwhile, using Find and Replace in TextEdit on the text of the file is a quick way to make this kind of change.
