No you do not need to create a new group. If you are the owner you can change
the name of the group. Here is how to do it.

Log into Yahoo and then go to the group home page, now click on management.
Next click on description and appearance. You can change just the name of the
group by clicking edit on the description and change the name there and save it.
And you can also change the web address if you want to by clicking on the edit
on the web address selection and making the changes then save the changes.

NOTE: If you change the web address of the group then anyone who has bookmarked
the address will not be able to find it. Ray

[Mod note: So immediately go and create a new group with the old
group name and set it up to refer to the new group name.]
