What did you do, and what did or did not happen?
If you entered your group name on the web site, but never received the email
with the code, there are a couple of places to check.
First is your group's Email Commands log. If Yahoo received the code there will
be a "Mailed to owner by ..." entry for that message, from an @ grouply address.
If there's no log of the attempt, then ask Grouply for help <support @ grouply .
com>. It may have been Yahoo's spam filter that ate the message, but there's
nothing you as a group owner can do about that.
If the log entry is there, then check your spam folder or other filters in your
email service; or ask one of the other owner(s)/moderator(s) in the group if
they got it.

In this case the message would go direct to your email service, so that's the
place to look. Failing that, ask Grouply support.
