CUB CLUB BUDDIES

WHAT: A friendly way to meet other Growlibear Members and become friends.
WHO: Two Growlibear Members will be paired up for a period of two weeks.
WHEN: Every 2 weeks with 1 week in between for Sign Ups.
WHERE: Sign Up by adding your name to the Cub Club Buddy Participation list,
Buddies are announced on Sunday of the Sign Up week. Cub Club Buddies tags are
sent out at the end of the 2 week period.


Rules:

1.) Add your personal Information to the Cub Club Buddy Information List
Database so that your buddy can send your personalized gifts.
2.) By participating, you are agreeing to correspond with your buddy on a
regular basis through personal emails. Please provide your buddy with 3 gifts
during the two week period, you may always offer more!
(Gifts may be Sig Tags, Adoptions, Stationary, etc.) Please remember to always
provide proper credit. ;)
3.) Please do not sign up to become a "buddy" if you are unable to meet the
obligation of corresponding and providing gifts to a Buddy for the scheduled 2
week period. I understand offline life has unexpected situations, so please be
fair to the other Members and only sign up when you are able to fully
participate.
4.) Please remember to always send a "thank you" to your buddy when receiving
gifts.
5.) Once the activity begins, "buddy's" must contact each other to introduce
themselves within 48 hours. If ater 48 hours, your buddy has not responded,
please bring it to my attention. I will attempt to contact your buddy for you.
6.) Any "buddy" who signs up to participate and then does not fully participate
according to rules will be removed from the activity and replaced with another
buddy.
7.) Buddy Lists will be posted to the group, your Cub Club Buddy tags will be
available for pick up in the Photo Album section.
