The digital channels for 2 and 4 are next to each other at the high end of the band on channels 56 and 57. They are transmitting with full power from the same antennas as the other stations on Sutro Tower and you should be receiving them in your area. Either you're experiencing multipath reflection problems for those channels or your antenna might be slightly out of alignment.
Since the TV band is being shortened as of February 17th and will only go up to channel 51, instead of 69, KTVU and KRON will both be moving to new channels. KRON will be on 38; KTVU will be on 44.
Either you can wait and see if you can receive them after they move, or you can try adjusting the direction of your antenna now.
It's interesting that your strongest station is KNTV, which is on VHF, since you're using an antenna that's primarily made for UHF. Hopefully it will work as well for you for KGO when they move their digital transmissions to channel 7 in February.
