-Yes--we are interested and hopeful! My husband Yonah and our toddler and I live
in upper Manhattan. We're certified in permaculture design and we're very eager
to put our knowledge to use and to live in a community nearby. Has anyone read
Ecovillage Ithaca by Sue Walker? It offers so many insights about what it takes
to form and sustain such a community and I found it to be very helpful in giving
a realistic picture of how much energy and work is involved, and in what
wonderful rewards there are.

a "real" ongoing effort. I would love to be involved if a group could
reenergize.
