available July 1st in 2 bedroom apartment, 3 flights walk up, in
very old, small, unique building with lots of character and a rustic
feel. Apartment has natural wood floors, roof access, collegial
atmosphere among building occupants.

Looking for busy, clean, respectful fully employed person or full
time student. Interns welcome. Short term welcome. Foreign students
welcome. Interest in the environment & gardening, a plus! Limited
overnight guest policy. No smoking, no pets, no pet hair. (I am
allergic, sorry.)

Move in: first month ($835), last month($835), security($500). We
share electricity, gas, high speed internet and once a month cleaning
service, household necessities, (utilities vary - can come to around
$55 a month; cleaning service about $65 a month). All residents of
the building share the cost of heating oil in the winter months
(depends on price but can come to around. $150 per person per month
Oct-April). Personal and credit references are required.

I am a lady from the 60's now working in the field of childbirth and
a long time Park Slope Food Coop member. The building is 5 blocks
from the F & G trains at Carroll St., close to Red Hook, Park Slope,
Dumbo & the East Village. This is Brooklyn's safest, friendliest
neighborhood. A quick walk or $5 cab to downtown Brooklyn's 2,3,4,5
trains.
