Gasterhaworthia hayashi
Hawothia 'Hayashi'
Haworthia hayashi
If I remember right it has a flower that makes me think Gasterhaworthia?

addition the info on this site, I saw that one (pretty reputable I
think) vendor was offering this and says on its website
"This is a hybrid of Haworthia bayeri that Dr. Hayashi, a noted
Haworthia collector from Japan, named for himself. "
certainly doesn't look much like bayeri to me.
