We got the same issues here (mail sent a few seconds ago at 9am, but
displays 11am).
We are trying to move from ArgoSoft Free mail server to Hermes, no
problem with ArgoSoft regarding time/date.

Anyone found a solution so far?

When i send an email via Hermes and receive it in Outlook. The received time is wrong. It appears that the difference with GMT (+200) is added twice somewhere?...

I was using Hermes for some time, but too much trouble. Now I'm using about 1 year the Mercury mail server, everything is just working fine, I din't encounter...
