Hi Carol,

Reading about your "I" opening experience was a real blessing for me. It
is the one of the most powerful and concise descriptions of the
processes in Huna I have ever seen. So long with my complicated NLP
description of the same thing :) And definitely motivating to put all
these into practice.

Surrender is key to raising the consciousness, letting go of past hurts or

Hi Vince, it took me a while to order the Allan P. Lewis CDs
(http://www.roicart.com/app/?Clk=3121397) because I thought they might be a
review of things I already knew. I was so wrong! They contain so many insights,
beautiful, powerful yet simple techniques and draw everything together so well.
I plan on listening to them several times.  They would be an excellent and
pretty affordable set for a beginner, but offer so much to an advanced student,
too. Thank you so much for making them available!

wow, what a great experience to have. I bet that changed your life? unless you
had already had spiritual experiences up until then.  how nice that your mother
reached out to you, to comfort you in your grief, it really shows the power of
love.
  that's an amazing story, but also it's very reaffirming for the things we hear
in spiritual teachings everywhere, that we are all one, that we cannot be
separated from god, never have been, never will be.
I know I read the book I was talking about and it gave me some comfort about
what happens to us after we die.  However,   Months later I was visited at night
by my sister's deceased cat whom I loved very much in life! This to me was
shocking perhaps in thought, but when it happened, it was the most peaceful,
natural thing.  all i could feel was love radiating from this little spirit cat
who came and sat on my bed.  I didn't see her, but I knew she was there. I
wasn't asleep yet, so I wasn't dreaming.  So yes, this even applies to animals!
Later I was visited by my great=grandmother. I have been told by psychics that
she watches over me, but I was never more sure of it until she visited me. 
Again it was that peaceful, intense love, a love much stronger than I have ever
felt.  That is why I think that there are things that can prevent people from
fully loving when they are alive, but when they transcend, they have nothing but
love left. their egos, their fears, are all gone.
i'm sure your mother watches over you as well.  like the article said, it's
usually when we are most at peace, when we are happy, when we are visited by
spirits, but of course, they can visit us in times of distress and grief too,
when they see the need is great for us to be comforted.
