Hi Curt,

I appreciate any help you can give my student, Mimi Szeto, who is
using Hydrolight for her master's thesis work and for a presentation
at Ocean Optics this fall.

Will you be going to ocean optics?

I don't know what problem you're referring to. Rrs can certainly be smaller than 2x10^-3. I can't answer a question like this without the inputs and outputs...
