Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 20 March 2007 held at
Najeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA.

1. Many different concepts of free-energy and their underlying
principles were discussed and compared.

2. Despite the varied interests in free-energy principles of various
methods, it was group conscientious that the hydrolyzer cell was still
the simplest to construct and verify and replicate claims made for
increased mileage for these devices.

3. Members wanted to know when Brad was going to be able to have his
other priorities completed and could again devote more time to his
electrolyzer hydroxy cell experiments. Brad's update and estimate
showed that his priorities would take towards the end of March to
complete before it was likely he could devote any more resources and
time to hydroxy experiments.

4. Many group members were absent, due to work schedules or illness,
and progress on experimentation was declared to be quite slow for the
group as a whole. It was noted that in springtime, many activities
took precedence during good weather, but that traditionally, these
activities would get caught up on, and other work would usually be
able to be progressed.

No further HRG business was forthcoming, and meeting was adjourned
until the next regularly scheduled Tuesday HRG group meeting.
