Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 17 April 2007 held at
Najeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA.

1. Paperwork from the City of Modesto showing approval and location
for HRG's alternative and free-energy booth at "Earth Day in the Park"
was passed around for review and comments from HRG members. All
members were unanimous in their opinion that Earth Day would be an
excellent venue to promote HRG's public educational goal presenting
DIY energy options.
2. Letters of permission from authors of "E-Cell," "Disc 1 of Energy
From the Vacuum," and "Practical Guide to Electronics and Free-Energy
Devices" giving permission to display and utilize their materials was
reviewed by HRG members. Members were unanimous in their support of
thanks for these authors.
3. It was noted in high regard, that author Patrick Kelly had given
Brad permission to copy and sell his CD for Earth Day, to help finance
with experimental researches.
4. Volunteers for assistance in laying out HRG business cards for the
upcoming Earth Day were solicited, but none were forthcoming.
5. Volunteers to assist in building elements of the HRG Earth Day
display were solicited, however, none were forthcoming. HRG member
David stated he had a few papers to submit, and would drop them off
for inclusion in the display.
6. Volunteers to help man the booth or give meal/rest breaks for Brad
and Ivy were solicited, unfortunately no HRG members volunteered
assistance.
7. Brad announced that he had made good progress on the pop-up canopy
design, which later when funds allowed, would have DIY solar cells
printed onto the top surface via screen printing, so that the canopy
itself could be part of the display, and provide power for various
demonstrations. Step-by-step, no-fail plans were desired to be made,
so that this unit could be duplicated by anyone wishing to do so, with
minimum tooling and parts sourced from local retail outlets.
Volunteers to help with constructing or contributing funds to defray
costs to Ivy were solicited; results for neither were forthcoming.
8. The desired elements and dimensions of the Earth Day HRG
alternative and Free-Energy display were outlined, and contributions
to this exhibit, both financial and physical assistance were
solicited, with negative results.
9. In essence, all of HRG Earth Day booth/display efforts were left
for Brad to complete if possible, with all funding coming from Ivy,
who stated her finances were strapped at this time and inadequate for
the necessary materials, parts and pieces necessary for completion of
the display. Funds and assistance were solicited, but none were
forthcoming.
