Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 26 June 2007
1. Brad presented "Summer Bee Meadow" soap making supplies order for
potassium hydroxide catalyst, to be used in upcoming tests with Smack
Booster. Other tests suggested for electrolyte evaluation included
well water, reverse osmosis water, R.O. water with a few grains of
rock salt, and sodium hydroxide (lye).
2. Methods proposed to test for evaluating plate surface treatments
for increasing hydroxy gas production were suggested: a) cross
hatching SS wall plates with coarse sandpaper b) Using a scaling tool
to quickly treat SS wall plate surface by creating peaks and valleys,
similar to "pinging" process.
3. For upcoming vehicle tests, to prevent the vehicle computer adding
fuel to the intake mix (IE: running rich and eliminating fuel
savings), electronic components to build a circuit board to deal with
the vehicle computer's oxygen sensor (as in Patrick's "D17" document
"Dealing with the vehicle computer") are being gathered for
construction of a device similar to Eagle Research's EFIE board.

found to currently list on Google search, unless the hyphen and
spelling are exactly correct.
4. Brad demonstrated how an empty vitamin bottle with attached
"pop-off" lid could be made into a safe and practical safely "bubbler"
using nylon tubing and fittings. Brad demonstrated how inserting a
length of rope inside nylon tubing prevented it from kinking, when the
tube was heated up and bent into required positions for a bubbler.
5. David related his discussions with established, successful energy
innovators, and exchanging information with them about free-energy
systems and operational principles of the ether zero-point energy
field. David felt that these exchanges were helpful, and could lead
in time to actual working prototypes.
6. John F. suggested using energized waters, as those created in
commercial water softening units, which he sells, as having special
activities and properties, which may enhance hydroxy gas production
and efficiency. When electrolyzer tests are being conducted, John
volunteered to provide the means to test these special "waters."
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled HRG meeting in Najeba's Café.
