Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 31 July 2007

1. Brad reports that he has all the necessary parts and now is
building a Black Box for vehicle computer, from Patrick Kelly's D17
document "Dealing with the vehicle's computer" which allows hydroxy
burn without vehicle computer enriching fuel and sabotaging mileage
gains.
2. Once the black box is built, then further bench tests, following
with vehicle tests for the Smack hydroxy booster can be done, so Brad
will be one step closer to running a vehicle partially on water; he
will be testing to verify claims of 50% increase in mileage with the
Smack system.
3. Last week at HRG meeting, we were discussing about UFO's and their
free-energy power plants. Since then, Brad has looked at UFO web
sites to see what info is available as far as cluing in HRG members
where they could conceivably most profitably direct their research.
It is amazing how much info can be gleaned from what MUFON inspectors
ask for when investigating a UFO sighting. You can look at the UFO
report forms, and if any info seems useful to your free-energy
research; MUFON has many of these reports going back 30+ years you may
look through for free online, and there are other UFO groups also with
collections of potentially useful research info for free-energy devices.
4. Brad reports there are more tests to do with different strengths of
electrolyte and plate configurations; when completed they will be
posted to the files section of Yahoo HRG site.
5. Brad has yet to post the results from previous Smack booster
tests-He states that he "May have to repeat the tests if I can not
find what I did with the paperwork (it is at home with the white
elephant you could hide in my "everything is under miscellaneous"
filing system."
6. Brad continues report from last week, about the planned up coming
driver tests for the Smack booster cell, and states he has been
reviewing Bedini and Bearden information, as the Bedini is a most
hopeful candidate to produce over-unity results for hydroxy
production, to power a vehicle entirely on water as a fuel.
7. Brad reports there is a lot of practical how to info linked from
the Bedini site, and Tom Bearden has a lot of scientific scholarly
info written to explain why presently understood laws of physics and
engineering allows for over-unity results in an open (not closed loop)
system.
8. Reporting further: Tom Bearden compares drawing radiant energy from
the ether as being as to a windmill drawing power from the wind, or
solar cells collecting energy from sunlight, whereas outside sources
of energy provide over-unity results in open-loop systems.
9. Tom Bearden on his site claims John Bedini systems operate in an
open loop manner drawing energy from the vacuum for achieving
over-unity results, and Tom gives examples of recognized (Nobel
prizes) proofs of vacuum energy in physics, which are not recognized
and being used in engineering.
10. There are several Yahoo! sites working to replicate Bedini
over-unity devices, and links from Bearden site to successful
replications of Bedini motors. Following these links shows how-to
info and video of replications.
11. HRG member "C" expresses skepticism over reported replications,
and wants to see proven over-unity hydroxy units in operation. "C"
expresses sentiment that proofs of replications in videos and
documentation can be faked, and is skeptical in accepting anything
other than hands-on, in-your-face evidence as any sort of proof of
free-energy claims. "C" expresses great indignation and exasperation
at the slowness of Brad's "hobbyist" pace in producing his test
devices and experimental results.
12. Brad defends his position of needing to work with what time,
funds, equipment and materials he can spare from day-to-day
activities. Brad points out that he has essentially no funding, must
work part-time on free-energy activites, having a full schedule of
"regular, normal work" and limited facilities at his disposal. Brad
points out that this is likely the same arrangements that any DIY
person would face, which is where the bulk of HRG's efforts and goal
are designed to reach.
13. David "C" reports on his energy group, and the "White Paper" they
are constructing on free-energy and anti-gravity effects. David
reports that this paper will circulate among his group members, so
each can annotate information according to their knowledge and
expertise. All HRG members expressed their approval, and anticipation
of David's "White Paper."

No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting in Najeba's Café.
