Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 7 August 2007
1. Brad presented for HRG review a pre-release copy of a hydrolyzer
that Patrick Kelly sent, which Patrick feels can power a generator
from it's own output. Being a pre-release copy, this information is
not for dissemination beyond HRG members, as later a final draft will
be published.
2. Panacea-bocaf.org, An international group advocating open source
free-energy inventions and working to prevent suppression of these
technologies has offered to provide means and support for HRG energy
research, if HRG qualifies (we are not a group of degreed engineers).
Several correspondences on these topics with Panacea were
presented. No doubts were expressed by HRG members that funding could
significantly speed up the free-energy device development process,
however doubts were raised as to HRG qualifying, with consensus that
Panacea-bocaf.org could perhaps best serve the needs of HRG in their
goal of getting proposed simple DIY hydroxy plans and information out
to the public through their media and internet contacts.
3. Several weeks running has been a discussion of UFO free-energy
self-powered crafts, with emphasis in learning how this could apply to
producing feasible hydroxy production for vehicles and generators.
Brad presented more replications of these energy self-sustaining
technologies, dating back to before WW2 and with references to plans,
patents, models and books explaining their operational principles and
references to free videos of the same in action. Documentation of
these devices, which are freely available online, were presented for
HRG member review. See www.merlib.org and search under UFO,
anti-gravity, etc. Kudos to Patrick Kelly for his fine work with Merlib!
4. Brad displayed his partially completed D17 "black box" for dealing
with a vehicle's computer and preventing the computer from swamping
out the mileage gains obtained with a Smack Boost hydroxy system.
Brad stated progress was slow, due to current work load, leaving
little time for free-energy research and development efforts.
5. Brad reported that he was working with author Patrick Kelly to help
improve the D17 document, offering suggestions and observations
gleaned during his current build of the black box device. Although
the black box was nearing completion, Brad expressed doubts his
schedule would allow for completion sometime this week as he was
hoping. Letters of issues noted and revised D17 document were
presented for HRG review.
6. It was reiterated that before vehicle testing could begin, it was
necessary to have the "D17 Black Box" completed. Several members
expressed disappointment at the step by step process and delays
necessary in experimentation process, preferring the "mall mentality"
no-effort, buy-it-and-use-it no-brainer. Unfortunately, none
expressing dissent wished to pay current prices for other free-energy
devices such as FIVS and commentary fell silent.
7. Driver tests, the next series in the ongoing testing process for
100% water powered vehicles, were discussed as to the action which
best makes for prolific and efficient, feasible hydroxy gas
production. HRG consensus allowed as how the John Bedini process was
still holding out the most promise for making this development a reality.
8. Brad brought forward the exciting news in his efforts to see what
UFO field has to offer free-energy researchers: John Bedini has proven
out the principle behind the John Searl flying Disc, which is a
free-energy/anti-gravity device. Bedini has come up with a
home-brewed, poor-mans version that anyone can replicate and prove the
process works. Brad presented Bedini's simple, DIY plans and info,
and stated he would look further with the SEG and bring these
documents to the next HRG meeting.
9. It was noted that these same UFO/free-energy processes can and have
been used by Tesla, O. T. Carr, and others to produce a free-energy
electricity producing apparatus, which, potentially could be used by a
hydroxy cell to achieve over-unity performance and success in powering
a vehicle with water as a fuel. These possibilities co-existed with
the related Bedini monopole motor as contenders for hydroxy over-unity
production driver circuits. For those interested in pursuing these
free-energy principles, Brad recommended the book: "The Physics of the
Primary State of Matter and Application Through the Primary Technique"
by Cyril Davson
10. Several HRG members complained at the tardiness of HRG meeting
minutes appearing on the Yahoo! web page. Brad apologized, cited his
work load, and offered to let someone else do the meeting minutes, but
no volunteers were forthcoming, and grumbling quietly ceased.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting in Najeba's Café.
