Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 6 February 2007 held at
Nejeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA
1. Report on the local Mason's response to our free-energy proposal
made during the Sunday Public breakfast of 2-4-07, was made. W.
Master of the lodge, Doc Rasmussen, stated that free-energy issues
were outside and beyond the area of operation and interest of Masonry.
He further stated that the lodge was busy with their pursuits, and
declined to invite HRG to address the lodge about alternative/free-energy.
2. Report was made on other groups to contact about making
free-energy presentations. An e-mail was made to Spiritual Science
Church #7 in Turlock about free-energy presentation; the reverend
replied graciously, stating that the HRG alternative and free-energy
display at the public library would be viewed, and our offer would be
kept in mind, but no invitation to address the church members was
forthcoming.
3. Other local groups to approach about presentations including
Rotary, and Lions are to be made before the next Tuesday HRG meeting.
It was decided not to approach the irreverent Clampers, after
discussing this issue with Clamper members.
4. Report was made on the state of HGR's display in Turlock Public
library featuring Alternative and Free-Energy. The background for the
display is mostly finished, and hydrolyzer and demonstration motor
with related vehicle parts is being readied for installation. Due to
legal and liability concerns, the display has a disclaimer stating
that none of the units displayed were actual working models. (See
files area for further info) The display is expected to be finished
later this week. There will be an area for handouts, copy of typical
speech made at energy presentations, and a poll which people may
choose to participate in. HRG Member Judy stated that she would take
a picture of the completed display, and upload it to the HRG group site.
5. Discussion was made about Brad Cobb's experimental hydrolyzer,
making use of HOTSABI's plastic pipe casing design, utilyzing Tesla's
discovery using plain old iron, with adaptations of the plate
arrangement of Archie Blue's cell, being driven with a simple
electronics circuit from one of John Bedini and Tom Bearden's patents.
Brad is at the stage of gathering parts, and putting this experiment
together. He hopes to enhance the experiment by adding the basic
Bedini circuit so that the frequency of the radiant pulses will
automatically adjust to changing conditions of the cell for most
efficient operation. HRG members offered their comments and
suggestions and evaluated Brad's current experiment.
6. In discussing what would constitute a reasonable proof for
over-unity powering a vehicle, it was suggested that powering a car
from California to Missouri would be sufficient to attract the
attention of "Coast-To-Coast" radio host George Noory. With such
proof, it might be possible to use this venue to further spread the
word and specific, step-by-step, no-fail plans to duplicate this
performance. It was suggested, that to avoid censorship, all
information be totally disclosed and dispersed prior to making contact
with Noory.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and the meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday.
