Re: Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes

Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 21 February 2007 held at
Nejeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA

1. HRG member Brad made a presentation about Monday's scheduled
hydroxy boost test and evaluation trip into the Sierras from Turlock
to Tuolumne. Due to mission critical parts being unavailable, the
device was not ready for testing and a baseline run was made up to
Tuolumne, determining amount of fuel consumed without assistance from
the hydroxy boost cell. Work would continue with completing the Boost
system as parts become available, with the total of purchased parts to
date being $218, with remainder parts being from donor car or
materials on hand.
2. Work needing to be completed for the boost system was presented by
Brad to include: A) Installation of 5 gallon water tank in trunk of
test vehicle with waterline and water level sensing electronics (to
keep water level in electrolyzer cell topped up). B) Cutting of hole
in fender well to receive the hydroxy boost cell for mounting in
vehicle. C) Boost cell needing additions: of drain plug for servicing
electrolyte, mounting of HV (high voltage) coil, mounting of starter
relay (for 15 to 45 amps current in some test configurations),
mounting of spark plug and connections to anode and cathode of boost
cell, addition of outlet for hydroxy gas, enlargement of space to
receive experimental electronics. D) Building of control and
monitoring panel and electronics with integrated wiring harness. E)
Addition of intake nipple into intake manifold for entrance of hydroxy
gas from boost cell. F) Building and installation of safety devices:
steam trap, one-way valve, bubbler, and dryer (as used with an air
compressor).
3. New HRG member "C" was officially welcomed onboard, with much
applause and appreciation of his photographic skills and computer
repair and building/programming knowledge. "C's" abilities will be
very much appreciated, as will his contacts in getting
alternative/free-energy information out to the public.
4. Plaudits goes out to HRG members for their help and contributions:
Judy for working with her computer and getting pictures of library
display and experiments ready to post to Yahoo! HRG web page, Ivy for
the purchasing of all parts for the boost system being tested with her
personal vehicle, Calvin for the kind offer to use his vehicle hoist
to make work easier in fitting the boost system and running the
necessary tubing, wires and etc. Good job, well done! This is the
power of groups working together to achieve a common goal.
5. HRG member David wrote a letter to the Turlock Journal, which was
published in the last weekend edition about the alternative and
free-energy display at Turlock Public library. Kudos for the exposure
in getting the word out about wise energy solutions, David.
6. Wishing to further spread the word on alternative and free-energy
solutions, Brad is currently working with Pat Machado, The Modesto Bee
newsroom assistant, with revising a letter to the editor about
alternative/free-energy and the Turlock HRG library display.

No further HRG business was forthcoming, and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regular scheduled 10 am meeting at Najeba's Café.
