Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 28 February 2007 held at
Nejeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA
1. Group members discussed the political ramifications for the economy
with increased use of alternative and free energy solutions. Several
members proposed that conspiracy buffs were chasing shadows; that the
MIBs and other reports were exaggerated. Those holding opposite
views challenged this view, and the debate was on! Interestingly, the
consensus was that as nobody knew for certain, parties agreed to
disagree and await further evidence. (HRG member Brad volunteered to
pull out his crystal ball and have a look, but was Bronx-Cheered
down;-> ) All agreed that it was not difficult to find reports of
suppression of inventors.
2. HRG member Brad gave update on progress with his experimental
electrolyzer. Due to rainy weather, which California direly needed,
many outdoor activities were curtailed, resulting in weather delays
for the project. The cell is at the point it could be installed in a
vehicle, and is having circuits built for it in the electronics bay,
which had to be enlarged to accommodate the Bedini Rotor and Tom
Bearden electrolyzer circuitry.
3. Difficulties have been encountered with fitting the wiper/washer
pump to the water reservoir slowing progress. It was decided to
proceed in manageable chunks of the project, starting with the water
supply system. To that end, the water line was run from the trunk of
the test vehicle to the place under the hood where the electrolyzer
cell is to be mounted, and water level sensing circuits are being
built. When this water delivery system is functioning correctly, the
next section of the project will be tackled.
4. A breakthrough was announced by Brad in a means to cheaply, quickly
and easily make a disposable plate material cartridge for the cell,
which could translate into vastly increased production of hydroxy gas.
The method consisted of two pieces of aluminum screen wire, separated
by 6-mil plastic sheeting and rolled in the manner as a foil
capacitor. The aluminum screening functions as a cheap and readily
available sacrificial metal for increased production, as noted in many
patents of hydroxy gas production.
5. Report on status of library display was made. Turlock Public
Library has no one else signed up for the display case for the month
of March, so HRG is being granted an extension to leave the
Alternative and Free-Energy Display up through March. There have been
3 pulls taken from the poll at the handout area of the library
display/foyer area, and all the copies of the speech and the handouts
are gone, so some interest has been generated. These copies will be
replaced Wednesday.
6. Discussion was held about a letter to the editor of the Modesto Bee
about the display, which was accepted, once it was trimmed to 200
words to fit with editorial criterion. Look for this letter to appear
within about 3 weeks in the Modesto Bee, which is the amount of
backlog usually expected.
7. Café owner Najeba reported that her establishment had been broken
into and many items stolen, resulting in bars being added to the
windows of the café. Group consensus was that it was for the best not
to store any HRG materials, devices or equipment at the café, but to
bring in items for show and tell each weekly meeting.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's Café.
