Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 7 August 2007
1. Brad presented for HRG review a pre-release copy of a hydrolyzer
that Patrick Kelly sent, which Patrick feels can power a generator
from it's own output. Being a pre-release copy, this information is
not for dissemination beyond HRG members, as later a final draft will
be published.
2. Panacea-bocaf.org, An international group advocating open source
free-energy inventions and working to prevent suppression of these
technologies has offered to provide means and support for HRG energy
research, if HRG qualifies (we are not a group of degreed engineers).
Several correspondences on these topics with Panacea were
presented. No doubts were expressed by HRG members that funding could
significantly speed up the free-energy device development process,
however doubts were raised as to HRG qualifying, with consensus that
Panacea-bocaf.org could perhaps best serve the needs of HRG in their
goal of getting proposed simple DIY hydroxy plans and information out
to the public through their media and internet contacts.
3. Several weeks running has been a discussion of UFO free-energy
self-powered crafts, with emphasis in learning how this could apply to
producing feasible hydroxy production for vehicles and generators.
Brad presented more replications of these energy self-sustaining
technologies, dating back to before WW2 and with references to plans,
patents, models and books explaining their operational principles and
references to free videos of the same in action. Documentation of
these devices, which are freely available online, were presented for
HRG member review. See www.merlib.org and search under UFO,
anti-gravity, etc. Kudos to Patrick Kelly for his fine work with Merlib!
4. Brad displayed his partially completed D17 "black box" for dealing
with a vehicle's computer and preventing the computer from swamping
out the mileage gains obtained with a Smack Boost hydroxy system.
Brad stated progress was slow, due to current work load, leaving
little time for free-energy research and development efforts.
5. Brad reported that he was working with author Patrick Kelly to help
improve the D17 document, offering suggestions and observations
gleaned during his current build of the black box device. Although
the black box was nearing completion, Brad expressed doubts his
schedule would allow for completion sometime this week as he was
hoping. Letters of issues noted and revised D17 document were
presented for HRG review.
6. It was reiterated that before vehicle testing could begin, it was
necessary to have the "D17 Black Box" completed. Several members
expressed disappointment at the step by step process and delays
necessary in experimentation process, preferring the "mall mentality"
no-effort, buy-it-and-use-it no-brainer. Unfortunately, none
expressing dissent wished to pay current prices for other free-energy
devices such as FIVS and commentary fell silent.
7. Driver tests, the next series in the ongoing testing process for
100% water powered vehicles, were discussed as to the action which
best makes for prolific and efficient, feasible hydroxy gas
production. HRG consensus allowed as how the John Bedini process was
still holding out the most promise for making this development a reality.
8. Brad brought forward the exciting news in his efforts to see what
UFO field has to offer free-energy researchers: John Bedini has proven
out the principle behind the John Searl flying Disc, which is a
free-energy/anti-gravity device. Bedini has come up with a
home-brewed, poor-mans version that anyone can replicate and prove the
process works. Brad presented Bedini's simple, DIY plans and info,
and stated he would look further with the SEG and bring these
documents to the next HRG meeting.
9. It was noted that these same UFO/free-energy processes can and have
been used by Tesla, O. T. Carr, and others to produce a free-energy
electricity producing apparatus, which, potentially could be used by a
hydroxy cell to achieve over-unity performance and success in powering
a vehicle with water as a fuel. These possibilities co-existed with
the related Bedini monopole motor as contenders for hydroxy over-unity
production driver circuits. For those interested in pursuing these
free-energy principles, Brad recommended the book: "The Physics of the
Primary State of Matter and Application Through the Primary Technique"
by Cyril Davson
10. Several HRG members complained at the tardiness of HRG meeting
minutes appearing on the Yahoo! web page. Brad apologized, cited his
work load, and offered to let someone else do the meeting minutes, but
no volunteers were forthcoming, and grumbling quietly ceased.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 31 July 2007
1. Brad reports that he has all the necessary parts and now is
building a Black Box for vehicle computer, from Patrick Kelly's D17
document "Dealing with the vehicle's computer" which allows hydroxy
burn without vehicle computer enriching fuel and sabotaging mileage
gains.
2. Once the black box is built, then further bench tests, following
with vehicle tests for the Smack hydroxy booster can be done, so Brad
will be one step closer to running a vehicle partially on water; he
will be testing to verify claims of 50% increase in mileage with the
Smack system.
3. Last week at HRG meeting, we were discussing about UFO's and their
free-energy power plants. Since then, Brad has looked at UFO web
sites to see what info is available as far as cluing in HRG members
where they could conceivably most profitably direct their research.
It is amazing how much info can be gleaned from what MUFON inspectors
ask for when investigating a UFO sighting. You can look at the UFO
report forms, and if any info seems useful to your free-energy
research; MUFON has many of these reports going back 30+ years you may
look through for free online, and there are other UFO groups also with
collections of potentially useful research info for free-energy devices.
4. Brad reports there are more tests to do with different strengths of
electrolyte and plate configurations; when completed they will be
posted to the files section of Yahoo HRG site.
5. Brad has yet to post the results from previous Smack booster
tests-He states that he "May have to repeat the tests if I can not
find what I did with the paperwork (it is at home with the white
elephant you could hide in my "everything is under miscellaneous"
filing system."
6. Brad continues report from last week, about the planned up coming
driver tests for the Smack booster cell, and states he has been
reviewing Bedini and Bearden information, as the Bedini is a most
hopeful candidate to produce over-unity results for hydroxy
production, to power a vehicle entirely on water as a fuel.
7. Brad reports there is a lot of practical how to info linked from
the Bedini site, and Tom Bearden has a lot of scientific scholarly
info written to explain why presently understood laws of physics and
engineering allows for over-unity results in an open (not closed loop)
system.
8. Reporting further: Tom Bearden compares drawing radiant energy from
the ether as being as to a windmill drawing power from the wind, or
solar cells collecting energy from sunlight, whereas outside sources
of energy provide over-unity results in open-loop systems.
9. Tom Bearden on his site claims John Bedini systems operate in an
open loop manner drawing energy from the vacuum for achieving
over-unity results, and Tom gives examples of recognized (Nobel
prizes) proofs of vacuum energy in physics, which are not recognized
and being used in engineering.
10. There are several Yahoo! sites working to replicate Bedini
over-unity devices, and links from Bearden site to successful
replications of Bedini motors. Following these links shows how-to
info and video of replications.
11. HRG member "C" expresses skepticism over reported replications,
and wants to see proven over-unity hydroxy units in operation. "C"
expresses sentiment that proofs of replications in videos and
documentation can be faked, and is skeptical in accepting anything
other than hands-on, in-your-face evidence as any sort of proof of
free-energy claims. "C" expresses great indignation and exasperation
at the slowness of Brad's "hobbyist" pace in producing his test
devices and experimental results.
12. Brad defends his position of needing to work with what time,
funds, equipment and materials he can spare from day-to-day
activities. Brad points out that he has essentially no funding, must
work part-time on free-energy activites, having a full schedule of
"regular, normal work" and limited facilities at his disposal. Brad
points out that this is likely the same arrangements that any DIY
person would face, which is where the bulk of HRG's efforts and goal
are designed to reach.
13. David "C" reports on his energy group, and the "White Paper" they
are constructing on free-energy and anti-gravity effects. David
reports that this paper will circulate among his group members, so
each can annotate information according to their knowledge and
expertise. All HRG members expressed their approval, and anticipation
of David's "White Paper."
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 24 July 2007
1. Brad stated that the electronics parts not available locally and
which were needed for further tests, had arrived Monday. It was
predicted that vehicle tests could begin as early as next week for the
DC powered Smack Boost system, but it was speculated that driver
circuit tests utilizing zero point, over-unity, ether-energy for the
booster were still likely to be weeks away.
2. Brad reiterated his conviction that a Bedini rotor would be the
best, most effective, simplest and economical solution to drive a
Smack Booster cell with radiant, ether energy for increased output of
hydroxy gas production.
3. The ultimate goal was stated of using the Bedini rotor and Smack
Booster in combination with the "black box" (interfacing with vehicle
computer) to achieve 100% powering a vehicle using water as fuel;
while utilizing special lubricants to avoid damage to the engine and
exhaust system.
4. Ivy stated that later this week she would have funds to purchase
the remainder of electronics parts needed for Brad to build the black
box to interface the Smack Booster with the test vehicle's computer.
5. Brad informed the group that the Smack Booster bench tests
completed for the KOH (potassium hydroxide catalyst) would be shortly
posted in the files section at the Yahoo HRG Group site.
6. An article brought to the attention of group members by Judy
concerning microchip implants inspired a discussion of how new
technologies could portend changes in the future for society.
7. Of pertinence in the discussion were the implications of
free-energy devices and it's impact on world economy; changes in and
the possible reactions by the status quo, with possible changes in
society resulting.
8. This discussion created a debate about future scenarios and
suggested remedies for the various situations which could arise due to
free-energy use; considering the possibility of suppression by
elements of the status quo.
9. Considered in the conversation were the frequency that other,
related energies are often found bundled with free-energy discoveries:
healing energies and anti-gravity effects (as observed with Joe cells,
Searl discs, Moray, Reich, TT Brown's work and results of experiments
such as those performed by "American Anti-Gravity" and Nicola Tesla).
10. Implications of these technologies for humanity's future were
debated, making one wish for the use of an accurate crystal ball in
determining the truth of the information and likelihood of outcomes of
various possible situations.
11. It was noted that Tony Craddock, producer of the "Energy from the
Vacuum" DVD series, sent a group e-mail out to some of our HRG members
who also belong to other energy related forums about new, important
articles written by Tom Bearden (http://www.cheniere.org/) that are of
interest to HRG members, including one about how excess ether energy
is used by John Bedini in charging batteries. Noted in the resulting
discussion was how this information has a direct correlation to Brad's
plans for using a Bedini rotor-driver circuit in planned upcoming
tests, in which it is desired to pump over-unity, ether-energy into a
Smack Booster hydroxy cell in attempts to increase gas output.
12. Speculation was made as to the future of hydroxy boost systems,
with group consensus favoring the scenario of Hydroxy systems being
discarded over the next ten years by consumers in preference to
factory produced, hybrid vehicles made by major manufacturers.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 17 July 2007
1. Brad stated that his vehicle experiments were still awaiting the
necessary electronic parts to build an interface between the hydroxy
cell and vehicle computer. He reported that the catalyst, potassium
hydroxide, which was needed for increased hydroxy gas production had
arrived and would allow testing of the Smack booster cell under static
bench testing conditions.
2. Discussion of the Bedini monopole motor and patents/information was
continued from last week's meeting, as several key areas needed better
understanding as to how principles adapted to hydroxy gas production.
3. During the midst of the meeting, someone from outside tossed a
stink bomb into Najeba's Café, which exploded with a loud report and
nauseous odor. After the offending item was safely removed, this
inspired a discussion by HRG members of reported free-energy invention
suppression, as exemplified in the case of FIVS inventor Allen
Caggiano, who was prevented from putting his invention into mass
production by evil doers, who used foul, & nefarious means to achieve
their objectives. One hopes that Deity and the powers that be take
appropriate remedial action!
4. The relationship between ether energy inventions, and ether vortex
formation was discussed, continuing from last week's meeting. In
particular the discussion was relating to the works of Schauberger,
Podkletnov and Searl with their ether, vortex anti-gravity
discoveries. In support of these discoveries, it was noted in Joe
cell experiments that the Orgone energy wanted to rise straight up
against gravity, and once this energy had saturated a vehicle, the
back end of a pick up truck was observed to rise into the air.
5. T. T. Brown and American Anti-Gravity results and experiments
were factored into the energy effects topic under discussion, as Nick
Cook's book "The Hunt for Zero Point" was examined for free-energy clues.
6. It was speculated that as the Bedini monopole motor rotates, it
projects an ether field, which can effect surrounding fields rotations
(with motor rotation) and promote ether vortex formation. What would
occur if a Bedini motor reached the speeds reported in Podkletnov
experiments? As John Bedini has provided the information to replicate
his SSG (simplified school girl) motor to the Yahoo! Monopole Motor
Building group, (http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/Bedini_Monopole3/)
it was questioned whether experimenters would begin observing
anti-gravity effects as their motors approached the speeds noted in
the Podkletnov experiments. The focus of this particular discussion
was as to whether ether vortex formation in a hydroxy producing cell
would have the effect of increasing gas output production due to the
influx of energy in chemical reactions; group consensus concluding
that only further experiments could answer this conundrum.
7. John F. presented a new prospective HRG member, Patrick, who was
briefed and presented a summary of group goals, activities and
information, and was referred to our Yahoo! web page for further
information and study.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 10 July 2007
1. Brad reiterated that his hydroxy experiments were stalled out,
waiting for parts. He reported that electronics for building a black
box to deal with the vehicle's computer was on order, as was the
potassium hydroxide catalyst for increasing gas output.
2. Brad presented the latest DVD, #2 in the "Energy from the Vacuum" ™
series featuring the experiments of John Bedini, with emphasis on how
his discoveries and principles could be adapted to serve the needs of
hydroxy gas production for powering vehicles.
3. Brad reported that he was making progress in understanding
applications of John Bedini's Monopole motor as a means of driving the
hydroxy cell to resonance, thereby driving zero point energy from the
ether into the cell and increasing hydroxy gas production.
4. Brad reiterated his intent to run a series of experiments with
various driver circuits as time, materials and parts permitted. He
stated the belief that the most profound method yet to become aware of
which used the simplest construction, while avoiding most problems and
issues, yet still capable of practical results was the Bedini Rotor
using a hydroxy cell to "alchemically" suck in the ether energy after
being stuck by the resonant, back EMF pulses reverberating from the
ether; translating that potential energy via chemistry into real-world
increased gas production. Batteries charging via this chemical
process while utilizing resonant ether energy provoked by the back EMF
pulses timed by the Bedini monopole motor were referenced to the DVD
#2 "Energy from the Vacuum" discussed earlier(above).
5. As an adjunct to discussion of the DVD, John Bedini's patents were
passed around for HRG attendees to review, as was the info which
Bedini presented to the "Yahoo! Monopole Builders Group." This
information is designed to enable anyone to follow directions and
build Bedini's SSG (Simplified School Girl) monopole motor, thereby
verifying free-energy claims and replicating a practical, usable device.
6. Other driver circuits were discussed that reportedly claimed
success in driving ether energy into hydroxy producing cells. The
pros and cons of these systems vs Bedini's devices were considered and
compared.
7. David reported that he had formed his own study group with colleges
abroad, and was discussing experiments in free energy methodology and
anti-gravity applications to zero-point energy solutions. He stated
his group had found evidence of levitation prevalent through out
history, and widely separated in cultures and events.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 26 June 2007
1. David talked about older vehicles in the 1920's needing additional
lubrication, in similar manner to hydroxy powered vehicles
which have issues with rusting and wear and tear due to lack of
lubrication. In these early days of automobiles, there were no
detergent oils; fuels contained no cleaners which resulted in excessive
wear and carbonization. David stated he had been gifted for
his experimentation, with a unit from that era which utilized an
external drip oilier.
2. In related subject, David told of German research utilizing
hydrogen combustion, and the solution they came up with of carbon
dioxide to absorb combustion/water byproducts and thereby aid in
prevention of engine rusting/wear.
3. Creighton and David led discussion of UFOs and their reportedly
hefty power supply systems. It was questioned why leads in this area
were not generally being followed upon by energy researchers, and it
was speculated that conservative belief systems and entrenched
financial interests were involved.
4. In "Talking Points" e-mailed out to HRG members attending the 3rd
July meeting, Brad & Ivy, who could not attend the meeting, brought
HRG up to date on their experiments: Awaiting parts! <grin>
5. Ivy has the potassium hydroxide catalyst, on
order from Summer Bee Meadow soap making supplies. (Previous tests
indicated a need for more a more efficient catalyst for production of
hydroxy gas)
6. Ivy has ordered the parts necessary to build a "black box" which
deals with the vehicle's computer (a la Patrick's "D17" document
"Practical Guide to Electronics and Free-Energy Devices); testing can
begin once this device has been constructed and added to the test
vehicle's hydroxy installation.
7. Brad has been studying various driver circuits, including the John
Bedini monopole motor, and reports this methodology has the potential
to self-synchronize hydroxy cells into resonance and feed/drive excess
ether energy into hydroxy cells for increased hydroxy gas production.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 26 June 2007
1. Brad presented "Summer Bee Meadow" soap making supplies order for
potassium hydroxide catalyst, to be used in upcoming tests with Smack
Booster. Other tests suggested for electrolyte evaluation included
well water, reverse osmosis water, R.O. water with a few grains of
rock salt, and sodium hydroxide (lye).
2. Methods proposed to test for evaluating plate surface treatments
for increasing hydroxy gas production were suggested: a) cross
hatching SS wall plates with coarse sandpaper b) Using a scaling tool
to quickly treat SS wall plate surface by creating peaks and valleys,
similar to "pinging" process.
3. For upcoming vehicle tests, to prevent the vehicle computer adding
fuel to the intake mix (IE: running rich and eliminating fuel
savings), electronic components to build a circuit board to deal with
the vehicle computer's oxygen sensor (as in Patrick's "D17" document
"Dealing with the vehicle computer") are being gathered for
construction of a device similar to Eagle Research's EFIE board.
When attempting to locate WWW.eagle-research.com, this website was not
found to currently list on Google search, unless the hyphen and
spelling are exactly correct.
4. Brad demonstrated how an empty vitamin bottle with attached
"pop-off" lid could be made into a safe and practical safely "bubbler"
using nylon tubing and fittings. Brad demonstrated how inserting a
length of rope inside nylon tubing prevented it from kinking, when the
tube was heated up and bent into required positions for a bubbler.
5. David related his discussions with established, successful energy
innovators, and exchanging information with them about free-energy
systems and operational principles of the ether zero-point energy
field. David felt that these exchanges were helpful, and could lead
in time to actual working prototypes.
6. John F. suggested using energized waters, as those created in
commercial water softening units, which he sells, as having special
activities and properties, which may enhance hydroxy gas production
and efficiency. When electrolyzer tests are being conducted, John
volunteered to provide the means to test these special "waters."
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled HRG meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 19 June 2007
1. Meeting started as scheduled at 10 a.m. in Najeba's café, though
Brad's experimental results could not be reviewed as Brad and Ivy
would be ˝ hour late, due to helping set up a friends yard sale, which
consequently delayed routine morning work and milking goat. HRG
members left Café before Brad arrived with Smack Booster and info from
Smack and Patrick on construction details and operational information.
2. Brad and Ivy caught up to HRG members at friend's yard sale, where
HRG meeting was continued and Smack Booster presentation was made and
info from Smack and Patrick was reviewed. This made for some
interesting looks and questions from yard sale customers! One person
offered to buy all the boosters, information and test equipment: "How
much you want for all this plumbing stuff?" Being a yard sale, of
course he did not want to pay anything for it!
3. Review of Smack and Patrick's information touched off a lively
debate among HRG members as to ways of increasing gas production,
which further compounded the confusion of listening yard sale
customers, who quickly made offers on items on sale, before scurrying
away with their purchases! Everyone that stayed to listen was better
informed about how the plates functioned, thanks to Patrick's reply:
""floater" plates drop the voltage wasted in single cells and so raise
the efficiency and improve the gas production." and "output on
properly treated plates is proportional to the current through the
cell which is controlled by the amount of KOH in the water."
4. Further discussion was made of methods of increasing surface area
of the plates, and notions of stacking plates in pockets of separate
electrolyte to increase gas production were debated as to
effectiveness vs ether accessing driver circuits, and vehicle
capability to carry the extra plate circuits. People at the yard sale
were really confused by this point, and when we explained we were
using water as fuel, several of them gave us strange looks and decided
to walk away, pointing at the 3" test cell, the Smack Booster; oddly
shaking their heads.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's Café, as it was ascertained
that yard sales were not the most favorable format for presenting
Free-Energy information.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 12 June 2007
1. Tests to be conducted with the Smack designed hydroxy boost cell
were discussed, including the effects of using different electrolytes,
as was the case in earlier tests with different plate materials.
2. Initial tests of the Smack booster were considered being conducted
in the 3" test cell, rather than building a full sized 4" Smack
booster. Opinions suggested that it would be better to simply build a
full sized 4" cell, otherwise the stainless steel wall plates had
difficulty fitting into the 3" test cell; all the plates could not be
accommodated for a complete test of the reported output of 1.7 liters
per minute for a Smack booster.
3. Brad presented his experiments completed over the last week, using
iron and mild steel plates in 3" electrolyzer test cell, utilyzing
aluminum as a sacrificial element to increase gas production. The
results showed hydroxy gas production was so minimumal for these plate
materials with all electrolytes tested, that further testing of cheap
and readily available materials such as iron and mild steel will be
discarded; future testing will concentrate on using stainless steel
plate materials.
4. Brad again stated his busy working schedule would leave little time
for hobbyist boost cell tests, but would work toward this goal of
testing the Smack booster whenever he was able to.
5. Brad produced document D18 from the CD "Practical Guide to
Electronics and Free-Energy Devices" and showed that one experiment
worth investigation would be covering a booster cell with a coil of
wire, to see if gas production would be increased using this method as
outlined in D18.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 5 June 2007
1. David stated the meeting began before Brad and Ivy arrived, and
torrodial coils and their effects on hydrolyzer water bonds were
discussed, along with other methods and details of operations.
2. David announced that his meeting with Mark "O" and with "C" was
rescheduled for this coming Thursday, at Mark `O's machine shop.
David reiterated that "C" would be building the electronics for
driving and feeding a hydrolyzer, while Mark would be building the
hydrolyzer device and associated hardware, while David would provide
the test vehicle. David again expressed his desire to drive the
hydroxy powered car to George Noore or Art Bell's residence, and
thereby get on the "Coast to Coast AM" radio show, of which David is a
fan.
3. The next DVD in the series on free-energy, which is priced at $30
and covers John Bedini and his pioneering efforts and hydrolyzer
driver circuits is now available. Any contributions to this purchase
cost will be appreciated, as it will be a while before Ivy can
otherwise afford to make this purchase due to unforeseen expenses.
4. Ivy has obtained the first DVD in the series on free-energy which
features scientist and engineer Tom Bearden explaining how and why
free-energy works, and how it does not violate known laws of physics.
Anyone who wishes to may host a viewing in their home, as we have
been given permission to show this DVD to small groups of people.
5. Brad's bench tests of the modified E-cell (ala HOTSABE) are
complete, and the report was presented for interested HRG members. In
brief, no appreciable hydroxy gas output was obtained with common
steel electrodes, with the following electrolytes: reverse osmosis
water, well water, well water with sea salt, or well water with lye.
The next series of tests are planned using stainless steel electrodes,
ala "Smack's" electrolyzer design. Test results are available online
at HRG's Yahoo! group site.
6. Brad's report on negative claims for hydrolyzer cells was ready for
interested HRG group members, and a presentation was made. Brad
summarized that the only claim which held up to scrutiny was
legalities, of selling and perhaps using a hydroxy boost cell, which
were murky. This report is available online at the HRG Yahoo! group site.
7. Brad stated his goal of completing more tests this next week,
utilizing different plate materials and arrangements, while using
different electrolytes. Brad stated his desire in these experiments
to ultimately test the cell's output with a small engine, to determine
efficiency and power created by the various output gasses produced.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 29 May 2007
1. Brad was not able to attend today's meeting, as he stayed home with
his roommate Ivy, who she was not feeling well, but he did e-mail out
his talking points that he would have presented at the meeting, so
that this information could be covered by HRG members.
2. HRG member David took notes, and stated that the meeting in the
Café was more about the eating than the meeting. The only item of
consequence David felt discussed was the meeting between David, Mark
and "C" was canceled due to traffic delays. David stated that "C"
would be building the electronics for driving and feeding a
hydrolyzer, while Mark would be building the hydrolyzer device and
associated hardware, while David would provide the test vehicle.
David expressed his desire to drive the hydroxy powered car to George
Nooray or Art Bell's residence, and thereby get on the "Coast to Coast
AM" radio show, of which David is a fan.
3. Brad's Talking Points presented at the HRG meeting were: John
Fletcher donated $10 towards the $30 purchase price of the new John
Bedini DVD, which shows over 2 hours of video explaining his working
circuits and pioneering and development efforts in free-energy
research, which info is not available anywhere else. Any further
contributions towards the purchase cost of this new DVD are
encouraged, as passing the hat helps to defer the costs and makes this
important information affordable to all HRG members.
4. HRG has been given permission to show this copyrighted material to
small groups of people, so it will be easy for HRG members to view the
DVD at the same time, if some member wishes to host a viewing in their
home, as well as allowing HRG to show the DVD at demonstrations and
festivals in it's booth to the public.
5. Creighton has been a big help with his electronics donations,
expertise and computer skills. Kudos!
6. Mark "O" has provided a link to a revised and tested driver circuit
for a hydrolyzer cell, which ought to be added to currently planned
bench tests for driver circuit efficiency. Thanks!
7. HRG member Ivy is pleased that Brad's repairs to the
haying/mulching/trimmer mower have worked out to provide satisfactory
operation, and she is determined that Brad is to prioritize these
haying, composting, and bedding operations, leaving little time for
hobbyist free-energy experimentation until these activities are
completed. Nevertheless, it is anticipated that Brad will be able to
perform at least two bench tests some time this week: a) direct 12vdc
@ 15 amps connection via relay into the hydrolyzer cell, to determine
rough hydroxy output. b) High Voltage, 1 micro second pulses to
hydrolyzer cell to evaluate hydroxy output. The method of evaluation
is using a column of water, and measuring how much the escaping
hydroxy gas raises the water column.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 23 May 2007
1. "Ron from Ripon" appeared as a guest at the HRG meeting, and told
about his vehicle gasification project, where he burned wood, manure,
straw or whatever was available, to produce combustion gasses to power
his vehicle. Ron got his inspiration from the efforts in WW2 where
these technologies were developed. Ron's efforts occurred quite some
time in the past (1980's?) and he could be seen for some time,
powering his vehicle around town, with what amounted to refuse. HRG
members present were duly impressed, and inspired to complete their
hydroxy vehicle systems, following in the footsteps of this pioneer, Ron.
2. HRG member Brad was at last recovered enough from his illness to
attend the meeting, and he presented the following circuitry, diagrams
and information necessary for hydrolyzer experiments, taken from
Patrick Kelly's CD "Practical Guide to Electronics and Free-Energy
Devices" : a) HOTSABE's direct 12 volts from alternator/battery,
using ignition switch and relay for his hydroxy boost E-cell. b)
Bedini's self-synchronous, cell-resonance seeking driver circuit. c)
Several simple 555 timer cell-driver circuits. d) Several water-level
sensing circuits for keeping hydrolyzer cells topped off with water.
e) Two more complex driver circuits, like those used by Stan Meyers.
f) Circuitry to deal with the vehicle's computer, which otherwise
would cause the engine to run rich.
3. Pros and cons and the uses, needs, and requirements of these
circuits were debated, with the papers & diagrams being passed around
and examined.
4. HRG member "C" suggested that bench testing of various circuitry
and gas production was in order before proceeding with vehicle
installation. Brad agreed that this was a prudent move, and as
construction of the more complex circuitry systems involved increasing
expenses to construct, he would proceed with the most simple systems,
and work his way up to more complexity, stopping when achieving
sufficient hydroxy production for vehicle propulsion, thus avoiding
unnecessary expense and complexity of the more complicated designs.
5. HRG members grumped that there were no complete, step-by-step
plans, and that it was necessary to work from what was known, and
experiment. Brad laughingly replied that was our job, we were an
experimental group, and hopefully the result of efforts would be the
very documentation that group members were wishing for! This obtained
some long faces and further debate!
6. HRG member David spoke about a system he had installed in his car,
which helped to reduce pollution, so that he could get his older
vehicle in compliance with local smog requirements. It seems that
standard carburetion (or fuel injection) does not burn fuel
completely, and it is these unburned gasses that David's device
captured and consumed. HRG members commented that the only residues
from hydroxy consumption was water vapors.
7. David spoke of heath benefits from drinking water, which had
Brown's Gas bubbled through it, for those present who had not heard
this presentation before. (No volunteers were forthcoming to further
explore this revelation)
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 15 May 2007
1. HRG member Brad was still ill, and unable to attend the meeting.
No one present took any notes, and no minutes were taken.
2. Reconstruction of HRG meeting by talking to members present
indicated that HRG member "C" volunteered to help with construction of
hydroxy boost cell, electronic driver circuits, since Brad was out of
commission, and when able to work, Brad was quite busy and expressed
difficulties in finding time on his schedule for
experimentation/hobbyist efforts in free-energy experimentation.
3. In getting back to "C" well after the meeting took place, Brad
stated that when recovered sufficiently, he would bring to the next
meeting all the necessary documentation on experimental circuits
needed for hydroxy cell experimentation, for the group to review.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 8 May 2007
1. HRG member Brad was ill, and unable to attend meeting. No one
present took any notes, and no minutes were taken.
2. Reconstruction of HRG meeting by talking to members present
indicated that a lot of talk of different energy systems took place.
3. A good deal of grumbling was expressed over the lack of progress in
making working hydroxy units available for vehicle boost systems.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting Minutes for 1 May 2007
1. When funds became available, Brad was able to refill his printer's
black ink cartridge, purchase business cards blanks, and was able to
print out last week's HRG meeting miniutes, and printed out
personalized HRG business cards, which were presented to HRG members
present. For those HRG members not present, the business cards were
e-mailed out as an attachment, noting that Brad would print further
cards upon request.
1. As many HRG members were complaining that Brad had not yet
finished his vehicle hydroxy cell installation, Brad produced his
"To-Do" list, which prioritized work which must first be completed
before any time could be spared for experimentation/hobbyist efforts
at hydroxy production. Many HRG members grumbled at this, but as they
were not willing to spend more of their time experimenting, and none
were forthcoming to help Brad with priority work needed before further
experimentation, the topic of conversation moved to other matters.
Clearly, with Brad's present work load, progress will be gradual and
as time, money and work priority permits.
2. Brad stated it was his intention to either place his inventions in
the public realm where anyone can use it, where it is not patentable,
or else to utilize legal protections so that the inventions can not
either be bought out and removed from the marketplace, or be patented
by some other entity, and likewise be removed from the marketplace,
thereby depriving the public of the potential benefits provided by the
inventions.
3. Brad further stated that, while it is necessary to have money to
get anything accomplished, it is my intention to use whatever I may
invent in such a manner as to be able to sell products and raise funds
necessary for research and development, but still to provide for
anyone's non-commercial use, in similar manner to the "Practical Guide
to the Joe Cell" is both freely available to download and print, but
is also available for purchase on authorized web sites.
4. Brad wound up his mono-log by stating: it is not all about making a
profit, but rather keeping costs low and making alternative and
free-energy affordable and available to everyone. Any HRG member is
of course free to do otherwise if that so suits their objectives,
however, they will do so without the aid of my efforts and research
(where protected by law), as membership in HRG does not confer any
ownership of any product, device or invention, nor does it accrue any
intellectual property rights to inventions of individual members, as
HRG is purely a volunteer, hobbyist group, dedicated to total
disclosure of energy information.
5. Several HRG members stated that their interest was in selling
products and charging for installation of systems, and would use
whatever information became available for their purposes.
6. HRG member David spoke about a special system installed on his
vehicle, which he claimed to increase performance and provide cleaner
burning of fuel. This device plugged into the spark plug outputs of
the distributor, with the plug wires then being attached to the device.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 24 April 2007 held at
Najeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA
1. HRG members fussed and commented about non-timely arrival of other
group members. HRG being an all-volunteer organization, it was
recognized that this was an endemic condition, and strategies were
proposed. Brad considered that as he was often at the beck and call
of work scheduling, he at times could not complete all such actions
prior to the 10 a.m. HRG meeting schedule time, and proposed the
following solution: Brad would e-mail a copy of his talking points
for the scheduled meeting, and minutes for the last HRG meeting to
"C," Calvin, David and Judy, so that at least one of these four HRG
members would be present with Brad's materials, in case he was late.
2. All HRG members present liked the suggestion of having a back-up
plan in case material was to be presented by a member, who for one
delay or another, was unable to make it to the HRG meeting on time.
It was decided by consensus, that if as many as two or three HRG
members were present at 10 a.m. in Najeba's' Café, then as of 10
minutes past the hour, the HRG meeting would begin regardless of any
tardy HRg members coming later to the meeting.
3. Members asked why Brad had not completed the installation of his
hydrogen/oxygen boost cell in the test vehicle. Brad explained his
work load, and miniscule financing that could be applied to the
project, stating that next meeting, Brad would bring in a copy of his
To-Do list, and make a report as to why he did not have adequate
resources to timely verify and duplicate free energy devices and
claims, as found in HRG's format of hobbyist, volunteer, un-paid research.
4. Brad stated that he had been unable to finish the pop-up solar
shade canopy, due to lack of materials, funds to purchase same, and
lack of help from group members. Brad was unable due to finances to
purchase the necessary materials and supplies to print out any HRG
business cards or documents to pass out on Earth Day, or to have had
the time and materials necessary, working by himself to get the
computer/DVD displays ready for Earth Day, or the demonstration
Hydroxy powered engine/generator working and ready for Earth Day.
5. Brad acknowledged contributions from "C" in computer matters, Judy
in help with the program for printing HRG business cards, and the kind
offer of assistance printing cards by Calvin, which was unfortunately
made too late to meet Earth day set-up deadlines, and acknowledged a
minor contribution by David of several papers he had for the display.
6. All members universally condemned Brad for not going forth on Earth
Day regardless of preparations, to make a showing for alternative and
free-energy concepts. Brad confessed that he felt Earth Day had been
a good dry-run for getting a display together, and that this
preparation would continue, and HRG would look at other possible
festivals to present HRG findings in energy.
7. Brad flatly stated that he was feeling a bit like the "Little Red
Hen" of fable, as no one was helping with substantial contributions in
setting up the display, and it appeared that all other HRG members
were simply waiting for him to test a hydroxy cell, prove out the
system, and then they were all ready to use this info to their
advantage, once the experimental work was accomplished, possibly then
to produce units and kits for sale or installation.
8. Brad felt that this was a legitimate outcome for HRG members if
they so desired, as he would be sharing information with all and
sundry, and that any member of the public would have be able to
benefit from his research. Brad did caution, that HRG members would
have no ownership of intellectual property that he produced, and that
his intent was either to release the info to the public, or utilize
legal protections such that the research could be protected from
non-authorized commercial use and/or protected from being bought out
and energy devices taken out the market place.
9. This started a lively debate, reminiscent of a HRG meeting of
several weeks ago, where it was decided that HRG as a group owned
nothing, the rights remaining with the individual inventors/innovators
to do with their invention/property as they pleased.
10. The HRG meeting ended with contention, HRG members, however,
consensually agreeing that if they were not helping more, they would
simply have to wait for Brad to complete his efforts as best his time,
energies and funds would allow.
No further HRG business was forthcoming, and the meeting was adjourned
until the next regularly scheduled Tuesday meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 17 April 2007 held at
Najeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA.
1. Paperwork from the City of Modesto showing approval and location
for HRG's alternative and free-energy booth at "Earth Day in the Park"
was passed around for review and comments from HRG members. All
members were unanimous in their opinion that Earth Day would be an
excellent venue to promote HRG's public educational goal presenting
DIY energy options.
2. Letters of permission from authors of "E-Cell," "Disc 1 of Energy
From the Vacuum," and "Practical Guide to Electronics and Free-Energy
Devices" giving permission to display and utilize their materials was
reviewed by HRG members. Members were unanimous in their support of
thanks for these authors.
3. It was noted in high regard, that author Patrick Kelly had given
Brad permission to copy and sell his CD for Earth Day, to help finance
with experimental researches.
4. Volunteers for assistance in laying out HRG business cards for the
upcoming Earth Day were solicited, but none were forthcoming.
5. Volunteers to assist in building elements of the HRG Earth Day
display were solicited, however, none were forthcoming. HRG member
David stated he had a few papers to submit, and would drop them off
for inclusion in the display.
6. Volunteers to help man the booth or give meal/rest breaks for Brad
and Ivy were solicited, unfortunately no HRG members volunteered
assistance.
7. Brad announced that he had made good progress on the pop-up canopy
design, which later when funds allowed, would have DIY solar cells
printed onto the top surface via screen printing, so that the canopy
itself could be part of the display, and provide power for various
demonstrations. Step-by-step, no-fail plans were desired to be made,
so that this unit could be duplicated by anyone wishing to do so, with
minimum tooling and parts sourced from local retail outlets.
Volunteers to help with constructing or contributing funds to defray
costs to Ivy were solicited; results for neither were forthcoming.
8. The desired elements and dimensions of the Earth Day HRG
alternative and Free-Energy display were outlined, and contributions
to this exhibit, both financial and physical assistance were
solicited, with negative results.
9. In essence, all of HRG Earth Day booth/display efforts were left
for Brad to complete if possible, with all funding coming from Ivy,
who stated her finances were strapped at this time and inadequate for
the necessary materials, parts and pieces necessary for completion of
the display. Funds and assistance were solicited, but none were
forthcoming.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 10 April 2007 held at
Najeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA.
1. Papers of interest in the alternative energy field, which were
located by HRG member "C", were passed around the group and reviewed.
Members especially appreciated the article on homemade solar cells.
2. A new prospective group member was introduced by "C" and given HRG
documents and meeting minutes to allow him to become current with
group activities.
3. It was announced that Ivy had paid the $25 fee so that HRG could
put in a booth for Earth Day in Graceada Park, and contributions to
defray her expense were solicited; funds were not forthcoming.
4. Brad has been tasked with building a 9-foot by 10-foot pop-up
canopy to display HRG's alternative and free-energy items at the Earth
Day booth. In keeping with HRG goals, Brad's building the canopy will
lead to DIY, no-fail, step-by-step plans that anyone can follow, to
build the canopy using minimum tools from materials which are
available via local retail sources. There will be 3 walls and two
tables for displays, which fit in these allotted dimensions.
5. Display items and articles for the booth which HRG members wanted
to introduce to the public were solicited, with no resultant conclusions.
6. Brad explained that thus far, it was just he and Ivy manning the
booth, and volunteers were solicited, however all HRG members were
found to be previously engaged.
No further HRG business was forthcoming, and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regularly scheduled meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 3 April 2007 held at
Najeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA.
1. It was reported that the HRG library display on alternative and
free-energy had been taken down, with as much being kept intact as
possible for future use and energy demonstrations. It was proposed
to get a HRG free-energy display up and running for Earth Day in
Graceada Park in Modesto on April 21st, by re-using, expanding and
improving on the library display. No volunteers were forthcoming to
assist Brad and Ivy in this endeavor, who stated they would do
whatever it took to get the job done, with the hopeful expectation
that the demonstration motor with audio/visual demonstration modes and
the hydroxy test vehicle would be ready in time to be presented to the
public on Earth Day.
2. When asked why the hydroxy hydrolyzer test vehicle was not ready
for trial runs, Brad produced his "To Do" list and explained that in
present good outdoor working weather he had too many priorities to
complete, and simply had to work his way through the list before he
would be able to devote any time towards free-energy research. While
not especially feeling confident in time estimates, Brad stated it
could easily take another full week's time to get caught up on the
priority items listed.
3. Ivy announced she had purchased a new Tom Bearden DVD on
free-energy for information purposes and possible inclusion in the
presentation on Earth Day. Volunteers were not forthcoming to
contribute towards the purchase cost of the DVD in helping defray
Ivy's expenses, however, most HRG members expressed interest in
the DVD's contents.
4. At last weeks HRG meeting the point of dissemination of information
was debated, with some members opting for copyright with
non-commercial use being the best means of dissemination of
information, while others felt that releasing all information into the
public realm would best serve the goal of total disclosure.
Discussion continued in today's meeting, with the conclusion that any
HRG member who did not wish to put his hard won devices or knowledge
into the public realm could best be served via obtaining a copyright
or patent which would provide some degree of protection, and that this
individual group member could, of course, do with their property
whatsoever they desired. Conversely, it was concluded, any individual
HRG member that wanted to release their information or devices into
the public realm would be welcome to do so, as they saw fit.
5. It was concluded that HRG collectively as a group, and the members
individually, would own no interest in any other HRG members
individual's real property, experiments, results or intellectual
property; essentially HRG would own nothing, being merely a format for
individuals sharing information, resources and allowing for individual
HRG members to work together as they choose with their tools, skills,
and shop/equipment resources. HRG consensus was that this procedure
avoids the differences of opinion in debate of morals and ethics and
in views on how best to disseminate knowledge, and places such
decisions with the individuals where it belongs, who are the ones
instigating experiments and producing results.
6. Essentially, it was concluded that Individual HRG members owned
their own experiments and results, and not Hydroxy Research Group or
its other members, meaning that HRG and it's members did not have any
financial or intellectual property rights in other HRG members'
experiments, which could not then subsequently be sold or bought out,
or sued over by other HRG members or public persons or other legal
entities. This conclusion was felt to be helpful in avoiding future
legal issues, thereby minimizing possible court actions, while
preserving the most options for disclosure of information to the
public. Having this worrisome issue at last settled was relieving for
the group and the meeting quickly moved on to discussion of other matters.
No further HRG business of note was forthcoming, and meeting was
adjourned by mutual consensus, until the next regularly scheduled
Tuesday meeting in Najeba's cafe.
The following Hydroxy_Research_Group poll is now closed. Here are the
final results:
POLL QUESTION: It has been my observation that 99.9999% of people will do
without something if they have to put the effort out to make it for themselves.
You can voice your opinion! Check back to see what the results of this informal
survey shows.
Sure, I know it is not scientific, it's just an option, but as a direction it
would be a pretty good S.W.A.G. (scientific, Wild-Assed Guess ;-@ )

Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 27 March 2007 held at
Najeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA.
1. Last weeks HRG meeting minutes were passed around and examined and
compared to where members were with their research efforts, leading to
predictions about progress possible with work schedules slowed by
other priorities requiring satisfying before working on hydrolyzers.
2. It was discussed and lamented about the problems facing and
slowing progress for fellow researchers in other water-power working
groups. Several HRG members were aware of issues some groups were
encountering with possible litigation being a barrier to progress in
their energy research efforts. In essence, it was concluded as a
group consensus, that this tactic amounted in effect to a form of
legal censorship, thereby hindering progress in the free-energy field.
3. HRG members reaffirmed the intention of total disclosure to
prevent censorship of research results. Opinion was divided as to the
best method to bring about this conclusion, with approximately equal
numbers championing a copyright which allowed for non-commercial use
of HRG documents/research being most practical, and those HRG members
feeling that the best resolution of the issue would be obtained by
releasing all information into the public realm. Further
investigation was agreed to be warranted, and comparisons presented at
the next HRG meeting for further discussion.
4. HRG member Brad announced another trip into the Sierra mountain
range coming up next Monday, which would be ideal for testing a
hydroxy cell. Being in the mountains, increased power (due to hydroxy
boost) would be noticeable and most welcome, along with increased fuel
savings, especially at today's higher fuel costs.
The issue under debate was whether the work required for installing a
boost cell for testing could be accomplished in the allotted time
frame, given Brad's working schedule and priorities precluding
full-time efforts on the hydrolyzer cell.
While all HRG members present were simpathetic, all HRG members found
themselves equally busy and unable to lend physical support at the
present time, however, a round of confidence and moral support for
efforts extended was motioned, seconded, voted, approved, which Brad
gratefully accepted.
Brad stated that this hydrolyzer boost cell project had taken far
longer than first anticipated, due to other priorities precluding
progress, and that he heartily wished to present the group with
positive test results at the next meeting, but shared doubts about
work scheduling difficulties.
5. Several documents from the CD "Practical Guide to Electronics and
Free-Energy Devices" were presented and discussed by HRG members. The
consensuses was that many routes for over-unity results may exist, but
that testing hydrolyzer boost cells producing hydroxy gas were still
probably the most cost effective and practical systems at this time to
attempt replication and verification of free-energy claims.
6. HRG member David mentioned that suppression of inventors, discussed
in past HRG meetings, had an historic side effect: many inventors
working in free-energy fields changed the course of their research
efforts into healing and health fields.
David presented a paper on the Rife Beam Ray device, and mentioned
that principles of free energy in the case of Moray, Reich and others,
such as those working with the Joe Cell devices, had lead to these
related energy discoveries having healing abilities, which very
possibly, it was speculated, could contribute as much to humanity as
free-energy devices and be of equal interest to HRG members as
free-energy research.
7. HRG member Brad volunteered that the public library display on
alternative and free-energy would need to be be removed soon, at the
end of March, and that as much of the materials and display as
possible should be salvaged for use as a back drop in public
demonstrations of free-energy devices, and as a means of providing
further information to participants.
8. HRG members speculated about the future of world energy use, and
it was suggested that as most individuals must rely on purchased
products, rather than items such as hydrolyzers built by themselves,
with increasing fuel prices, most persons in future would elect to
purchase hybrid vehicles and continue to purchase gasoline as a fuel.
In such a scenario, it was debated how wide a window of opportunity
might exist to interest the public in using water-as-fuel, before
needs would be perceived to be fulfilled by hybrid vehicles burning
gasoline, or fuels derived from coal products.
No further HRG business was forthcoming, and meeting was adjourned
until next regularly scheduled Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's cafe.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 20 March 2007 held at
Najeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA.
1. Many different concepts of free-energy and their underlying
principles were discussed and compared.
2. Despite the varied interests in free-energy principles of various
methods, it was group conscientious that the hydrolyzer cell was still
the simplest to construct and verify and replicate claims made for
increased mileage for these devices.
3. Members wanted to know when Brad was going to be able to have his
other priorities completed and could again devote more time to his
electrolyzer hydroxy cell experiments. Brad's update and estimate
showed that his priorities would take towards the end of March to
complete before it was likely he could devote any more resources and
time to hydroxy experiments.
4. Many group members were absent, due to work schedules or illness,
and progress on experimentation was declared to be quite slow for the
group as a whole. It was noted that in springtime, many activities
took precedence during good weather, but that traditionally, these
activities would get caught up on, and other work would usually be
able to be progressed.
No further HRG business was forthcoming, and meeting was adjourned
until the next regularly scheduled Tuesday HRG group meeting.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 12 March 2007 held at
Najeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA.
1. "D3" document from "Practical Guide to Electronics and Free-Energy
Devices" was discussed with emphasis on all revisions, changes and
versions of the document.
2. Letter from the library requisitions department was examined
concerning the library's declining to examine "Practical Guide to
Electronics and Free-Energy Devices" CD for inclusion into library
materials collections.
3. Update on progress of Brad's experiments: Lack of progress due to
priorities requiring all time and resources available. It is expected
that some time can be made available to continue with the hydrolyzer
cell project once all these unexpected higher priority matters are
resolved.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 6 March 2007 held at
Najeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA.
1. It was announced that the Modesto Bee had published a letter to the
editor Tuesday (the day of the meeting) about HRG and the library
display on alternative and free-energy.
2. Brad updated about progress with his experimental hydrolyzer cell,
which was progressing slowly but steadily with purchases and repairs
of equipment necessary to fabricate elements of the system being
installed into the test vehicle. It was estimated this phase of work
would finish and testing in earnest could begin within a week or so.
3. Member "C" was able to effect computer repairs, which had prevented
uploading pictures of experiments and designs to the Yahoo! HRG web
page, and managed to sleuth out why the printer was not working, so
that Alternative and Free-Energy handouts could continue to be
produced. Many thanks for your good efforts "C!"
4. Head librarian at the Turlock branch required HRGs module
containing handouts, typical demonstration speech, poll, HRGs Yahoo!
group site and other web information to be removed from the foyer area
containing the Alternative and Free-Energy display. The required
removal of web-based references prompted an explanatory letter to the
librarians at Turlock branch and an e-mail be made to library
acquisitions department with suggested purchases of appropriate CDs
and books for library patrons use. The letter and e-mail can be
viewed in HRGs "Files" section.
5. All hardware and devices were removed from the library display
area, so that the demonstration engine/alternator unit and devices
could be readied for use in free-energy talks and demonstrations to
interested parties and local groups.
6. It was decided to update the library display area with a tested
hydrolyzer system for the public to view, when one became available
from Brad's experiments. HRG members present felt that seeing a
completed, tested system would encourage members of the public to seek
their own free-energy solutions and duplicate experimental devices
like those being researched by HRG members.
7. Information was relayed from HRG member "Patrick," that the best,
most updated and complete site for "Practical Guide to Electronics and
Free-Energy Devices" is:
http://panacea-bocaf.org/files/patrickkelly/Start.html
8. It was announced that HRG enthusiast "Bobby" had been admitted to
Emanuel Hospital in Turlock, and was maintaining an active interest in
and inquiring as to progress with HRG experiments. While visitors are
welcome, due to prognosis and condition being poor, it is suggested
that visits be kept brief.
Please note: since the time of Tuesday's HRG meeting, "Bobby" died
Wednesday of his terminal condition, which was in it's end stages.
"Bobby," your cheerful disposition and continued interest towards
alternative energy will be deeply missed by those of us at HRG!
No further HRG business was forthcoming; meeting was adjourned until
the next scheduled 10 a.m. Tuesday meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 28 February 2007 held at
Nejeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA
1. Group members discussed the political ramifications for the economy
with increased use of alternative and free energy solutions. Several
members proposed that conspiracy buffs were chasing shadows; that the
MIBs and other reports were exaggerated. Those holding opposite
views challenged this view, and the debate was on! Interestingly, the
consensus was that as nobody knew for certain, parties agreed to
disagree and await further evidence. (HRG member Brad volunteered to
pull out his crystal ball and have a look, but was Bronx-Cheered
down;-> ) All agreed that it was not difficult to find reports of
suppression of inventors.
2. HRG member Brad gave update on progress with his experimental
electrolyzer. Due to rainy weather, which California direly needed,
many outdoor activities were curtailed, resulting in weather delays
for the project. The cell is at the point it could be installed in a
vehicle, and is having circuits built for it in the electronics bay,
which had to be enlarged to accommodate the Bedini Rotor and Tom
Bearden electrolyzer circuitry.
3. Difficulties have been encountered with fitting the wiper/washer
pump to the water reservoir slowing progress. It was decided to
proceed in manageable chunks of the project, starting with the water
supply system. To that end, the water line was run from the trunk of
the test vehicle to the place under the hood where the electrolyzer
cell is to be mounted, and water level sensing circuits are being
built. When this water delivery system is functioning correctly, the
next section of the project will be tackled.
4. A breakthrough was announced by Brad in a means to cheaply, quickly
and easily make a disposable plate material cartridge for the cell,
which could translate into vastly increased production of hydroxy gas.
The method consisted of two pieces of aluminum screen wire, separated
by 6-mil plastic sheeting and rolled in the manner as a foil
capacitor. The aluminum screening functions as a cheap and readily
available sacrificial metal for increased production, as noted in many
patents of hydroxy gas production.
5. Report on status of library display was made. Turlock Public
Library has no one else signed up for the display case for the month
of March, so HRG is being granted an extension to leave the
Alternative and Free-Energy Display up through March. There have been
3 pulls taken from the poll at the handout area of the library
display/foyer area, and all the copies of the speech and the handouts
are gone, so some interest has been generated. These copies will be
replaced Wednesday.
6. Discussion was held about a letter to the editor of the Modesto Bee
about the display, which was accepted, once it was trimmed to 200
words to fit with editorial criterion. Look for this letter to appear
within about 3 weeks in the Modesto Bee, which is the amount of
backlog usually expected.
7. Café owner Najeba reported that her establishment had been broken
into and many items stolen, resulting in bars being added to the
windows of the café. Group consensus was that it was for the best not
to store any HRG materials, devices or equipment at the café, but to
bring in items for show and tell each weekly meeting.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's meeting in Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 21 February 2007 held at
Nejeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA
1. HRG member Brad made a presentation about Monday's scheduled
hydroxy boost test and evaluation trip into the Sierras from Turlock
to Tuolumne. Due to mission critical parts being unavailable, the
device was not ready for testing and a baseline run was made up to
Tuolumne, determining amount of fuel consumed without assistance from
the hydroxy boost cell. Work would continue with completing the Boost
system as parts become available, with the total of purchased parts to
date being $218, with remainder parts being from donor car or
materials on hand.
2. Work needing to be completed for the boost system was presented by
Brad to include: A) Installation of 5 gallon water tank in trunk of
test vehicle with waterline and water level sensing electronics (to
keep water level in electrolyzer cell topped up). B) Cutting of hole
in fender well to receive the hydroxy boost cell for mounting in
vehicle. C) Boost cell needing additions: of drain plug for servicing
electrolyte, mounting of HV (high voltage) coil, mounting of starter
relay (for 15 to 45 amps current in some test configurations),
mounting of spark plug and connections to anode and cathode of boost
cell, addition of outlet for hydroxy gas, enlargement of space to
receive experimental electronics. D) Building of control and
monitoring panel and electronics with integrated wiring harness. E)
Addition of intake nipple into intake manifold for entrance of hydroxy
gas from boost cell. F) Building and installation of safety devices:
steam trap, one-way valve, bubbler, and dryer (as used with an air
compressor).
3. New HRG member "C" was officially welcomed onboard, with much
applause and appreciation of his photographic skills and computer
repair and building/programming knowledge. "C's" abilities will be
very much appreciated, as will his contacts in getting
alternative/free-energy information out to the public.
4. Plaudits goes out to HRG members for their help and contributions:
Judy for working with her computer and getting pictures of library
display and experiments ready to post to Yahoo! HRG web page, Ivy for
the purchasing of all parts for the boost system being tested with her
personal vehicle, Calvin for the kind offer to use his vehicle hoist
to make work easier in fitting the boost system and running the
necessary tubing, wires and etc. Good job, well done! This is the
power of groups working together to achieve a common goal.
5. HRG member David wrote a letter to the Turlock Journal, which was
published in the last weekend edition about the alternative and
free-energy display at Turlock Public library. Kudos for the exposure
in getting the word out about wise energy solutions, David.
6. Wishing to further spread the word on alternative and free-energy
solutions, Brad is currently working with Pat Machado, The Modesto Bee
newsroom assistant, with revising a letter to the editor about
alternative/free-energy and the Turlock HRG library display.
No further HRG business was forthcoming, and meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday's regular scheduled 10 am meeting at Najeba's Café.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 13 February 2007 held at
Nejeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA
1. HRG member David announced that he had submitted a press release to
the Turlock Journal about HRG's alternative and free-energy display in
the Turlock Public library, showcasing various water, wind, solar
and free energy devices such as FIVS, HOTSABI hydro boost and other
systems. David notes he will next contact the Modesto Bee with a
similar press release. Thank you David for your good work on HRG's
behalf!
2. HRG member Judy spent over an hour processing digital pictures she
took of the HRG library display for uploading to HRG Yahoo! Site.
Thank you Judy! She will be placing remaining pictures on disk to
hopefully soon be uploaded to HRG photo album.
3. HRG member Brad was counseled to approach Turlock High School, and
leave copies of flier for group meetings, Handout on Alternative and
Free-Energy, and typical speech given to groups with applicable cover
letter to interested Turlock High teachers, and have the packages left
in their respective mailboxes at the teacher's offices. It is hoped
this will lead to an invitation to make a presentation to high school
classes. Other avenues of spreading energy information suggested
including approaching the main library in Modesto, to use their
lecture facilities for a public event were discussed.
4. Brad reports having no responses thus far to enquires from various
civic, fraternal, religious and government groups being contacted for
free-energy demonstrations, and will continue efforts at locating
parties interested in free-energy information.
5. Brad has stated desire to have prototype Boost system installed in
vehicle for testing by Friday, and barring any unforeseen difficulties
(what else always mange to manifest?!) ought to be able to reach this
goal.
6. Long time supporter and prospective HRG member "C" has built a new
computer for an outrageously small price, to make Brad's internet
efforts with HGR more effective, and get capabilities up to date, with
a scanning printer, ether net, high-speed internet capacity with
memory and processor up to date to work with the latest in
programming. Thank you "C"! Your efforts are very supportive of group
goals in getting out the word as total disclosure of free-energy
information, in the form of easy, step-by-step, no-fail plans that
anyone can easily understand and follow.
7. Discussions as to what direction group activities would take were
held, and while, as always, individual members would do as they
pleased, the consensus was that the group as a whole would continue to
improve the boost technology, and when properly functioning units were
produced, members of the public who had the influence to spread the
word on free-energy would be approached. One such scenario discussed
would be to give an actual demonstration in a hydrogen powered
vehicle, and then to install a boost unit in that individual's vehicle
as proof and so that they would then have something to show the people
who asked about it. Several members of the public were mentioned, and
there were other public personas who had already been approached by
HRG members. Feedback response seemed to be positive, so long as the
initial demonstrations were to cost the Public individuals no money or
efforts for their part.
No further HRG business was forthcoming, and the meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday.
At our last Tuesday Hydroxy Research Group meeting, the display about
practical, DIY free-energy solutions was discussed, and at the time,
considerable work remained to finish off the background of the
display, and to bring in the actual hardware free-energy devices to
display.
All that work has been accomplished now, and viewers will become
acquainted with sources for plans and DIY information for water, wind
and solar solutions, and be able to see actual in-process examples of
a Nay-box high mileage-carburetor during construction, and an
electrolyzer hydrogen "Boost" system, designed to electronically split
water into hydrogen and oxygen for fuel consumption.
There is ample evidence presented in tests on various cars with the
Boost system, showing an average of 50% increase in fuel savings, with
the electronics circuits being shown which makes these astounding
results possible.
Also included in the display are a small portable engine demonstration
unit, with related salvaged vehicle parts showing how they can be put
together to produce and store power in batteries, with horn, light,
etc being used to provide audio and visual proof of free energy
applications.
Group Members and the public who want to get a gander at some of our
member's experimental results and the HRG display should plan on
getting in to Turlock Public library while the exhibit is open through
the month of February 2007.
Hydroxy Research Group Meeting minutes for 6 February 2007 held at
Nejeba's Cafe in Turlock, CA
1. Report on the local Mason's response to our free-energy proposal
made during the Sunday Public breakfast of 2-4-07, was made. W.
Master of the lodge, Doc Rasmussen, stated that free-energy issues
were outside and beyond the area of operation and interest of Masonry.
He further stated that the lodge was busy with their pursuits, and
declined to invite HRG to address the lodge about alternative/free-energy.
2. Report was made on other groups to contact about making
free-energy presentations. An e-mail was made to Spiritual Science
Church #7 in Turlock about free-energy presentation; the reverend
replied graciously, stating that the HRG alternative and free-energy
display at the public library would be viewed, and our offer would be
kept in mind, but no invitation to address the church members was
forthcoming.
3. Other local groups to approach about presentations including
Rotary, and Lions are to be made before the next Tuesday HRG meeting.
It was decided not to approach the irreverent Clampers, after
discussing this issue with Clamper members.
4. Report was made on the state of HGR's display in Turlock Public
library featuring Alternative and Free-Energy. The background for the
display is mostly finished, and hydrolyzer and demonstration motor
with related vehicle parts is being readied for installation. Due to
legal and liability concerns, the display has a disclaimer stating
that none of the units displayed were actual working models. (See
files area for further info) The display is expected to be finished
later this week. There will be an area for handouts, copy of typical
speech made at energy presentations, and a poll which people may
choose to participate in. HRG Member Judy stated that she would take
a picture of the completed display, and upload it to the HRG group site.
5. Discussion was made about Brad Cobb's experimental hydrolyzer,
making use of HOTSABI's plastic pipe casing design, utilyzing Tesla's
discovery using plain old iron, with adaptations of the plate
arrangement of Archie Blue's cell, being driven with a simple
electronics circuit from one of John Bedini and Tom Bearden's patents.
Brad is at the stage of gathering parts, and putting this experiment
together. He hopes to enhance the experiment by adding the basic
Bedini circuit so that the frequency of the radiant pulses will
automatically adjust to changing conditions of the cell for most
efficient operation. HRG members offered their comments and
suggestions and evaluated Brad's current experiment.
6. In discussing what would constitute a reasonable proof for
over-unity powering a vehicle, it was suggested that powering a car
from California to Missouri would be sufficient to attract the
attention of "Coast-To-Coast" radio host George Noory. With such
proof, it might be possible to use this venue to further spread the
word and specific, step-by-step, no-fail plans to duplicate this
performance. It was suggested, that to avoid censorship, all
information be totally disclosed and dispersed prior to making contact
with Noory.
No further HRG business was forthcoming and the meeting was adjourned
until next Tuesday.
Enter your vote today! A new poll has been created for the
Hydroxy_Research_Group group:
It has been my observation that 99.9999% of people will do without something if
they have to put the effort out to make it for themselves.
You can voice your opinion! Check back to see what the results of this informal
survey shows.
Sure, I know it is not scientific, it's just an option, but as a direction it
would be a pretty good S.W.A.G. (scientific, Wild-Assed Guess ;-@ )
o I would complain if I could not purchase free-energy devices, but I would
not make one for myself.
o I would be willing to experiment and network with others to research and
build my own free-energy options.
