Here is my Planzo page, if you want to see when I am working. http://
jackseay.planzo.com/ That way if you want to try to chat with me, or
Skype me (jackseay), you will know when I might be available.
I am usually running Microsoft Messenger. My account name is my email
address.
I am more rarely running Yahoo Messenger. I am often bothered by
someone wanting me to send them money there, so I am usually in
invisible mode. My user name there is jackdseay.
I also have iChat, if you want to use that. I am jackseay2 there.
iChat is conversant with AOL Instant Messenger and Jabber (which I am
studying now before registering).
I also get on Second Life sometimes.
I have tried to chat in the Yahoo Groups, but it seems no one uses that.
I plan on using AltME as soon as they support the Mac. http://

Sometimes I am in hiding from all these :) I don't own a wireless
phone, and have no plans on getting one. I used to work doing
"customer service" for a big wireless company, and that soured me on
wireless for the foreseeable future. If someone sticks a gun to my
head, OK, I'll get one.
As for all this high visibility stuff: if you are the only one naked,
everyone stares; if everyone is naked, nobody cares (unless you are
rich or famous). I am neither; and you really wouldn't want to see me
naked anyway.
But if you really want to know about my personal interests, I have a
Frappr account: http://www.frappr.com/?a=myfrappr&id=250211 and
Yahoo360: http://360.yahoo.com/jackseay_2000
Do I think any or all of the above make Xanadu and zigzag less
needed? No. They still don't implement most of the core features, but
could point to some possible front-ends. It seems we may yet become a
global village after all (or at least do most of our fighting with
words). But this is exactly where Xanadu shines the most: allowing
all points of view a fair and full explanation by those who hold
those views; and quoting at any length those views with support,
comment, addition, or contradiction. A philosopher's dream come true.
