Where is a good starting point to find information about the
*most inexpensive* VSAT equipments and satellite ISPs?

I'm about to investigate the possiblity to connect five different
math departments in Cameroon to internet in a cheap, but reliable
way.

Used equipment can of course be considered. Connection speed at
512 KBs would be sufficient as far as I can see.
