This is most likely a junk mail problem and not a ICT4D user with
"other interests".

I do not use yahoo much due to this kind of problem, but perhaps there
is a group administrator? Someone who could mark such mails as spam, if
the function exist?

Most likely this started due to the email address being saved on
someone's MS Windows machine which has a virus.
