Yes, but they WILL be experimenting a decade from now! So, put that on
your calendar; 2018 is the year the ITER will begin testing fusion.
So, when does the Polywell do that? Aren't they already doing that or
is that what is coming up in the next 18 months. Maybe if EMC2
postpones the testing for another decade they'll get more money?
