On Jan 19th 2003, The author Terje Flaarønning released v0.9.6 (Beta)
of his full featured Inet server package InetPowerServer (IPS). This
new version of IPS has a number of improvements over the previous
version and bring us yet another step closer to the first non beta
version of IPS.
